M	M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The design is good and the reception girl was nice, but the manager is absolutely a liability for this property. This manager confirmed our executive room to be unobstructed sea view 2 months ago during our booking. When we check in on May.4.2022, our view was just a big tree in front of our room. We went to ask the manager why he didn’t clarify before. And he got very angry and keep denying that sea view obstruction can only cause by a wall not a big tree. When we show him the message, He refused to acknowledge the misunderstanding and keep accusing us as it is our mistake. The worst is that when we ask for an apology, he say “it’s not my mistake. If you want me to say sorry then im sorry if you can’t enjoy your stay” Apparently he is part of the owner family and didn’t care about his job or paying customers. Really disappointed. this hotel shouldn’t be rated 5 stars until this manager got removed.
C	Chris Bryant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stunning rooms, amazing sunset views and grabbed the room at a bargain price. The pinnacle of our stay was the staff (so attentive and friendly) and the breakfast bought to our room every morning at no extra charge. Would definitely come again

There's a very nice, relaxed atmosphere throughout. Room was great, breakfasts were great, treatments were great. Location was perfect - away from main town but close enough for €7 taxi into/out of town. I would definitely stay again.

Very basic and small room Location also not great Small dining room, almost not exist Overall the hotel didn’t meet our expectations Definitely not worth the visit We had better options at the same rate, the island it’s beautiful with great hotels and hospitality options Now we know better for next time This property is bot recommended‼️
S	Sarah Hilton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was spacious, spotless and had the most amazing view across the town and sea. Sunset views were a highlight! Yes, the hotel is out of town but we knew about this before booking - so please research the area to avoid any disappointment. Besides, the higher up you are, the better the views. We hired a car to explore but if you intend on staying fairly local, it's not necessarily needed as the taxis are a fair price. There's also local tour companies that pick up near the hotel. One slight downside is the noise from the nearby roads. We did get used to this after the first day (we live in a quiet area so not used to any noise - others may not even notice it). The staff were all lovely and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was huge! There's enough to keep some for lunch. Some mornings were better than others but it was of a good standard and I looked forward to what we were going to get each morning. Thanks to all the hard working staff and we do hope to see you again.
M	Moody on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All round, perfect hotel for your stay in Crete. Bear in mind, we had our own rental car, this place is about 10min drive from old town Chania. We took the room with the private pool but with garden view however the view with sea view is spectacular. Given that we went in May, it was reasonably priced which included a heavy & tasty breakfast delivered every morning to your room. That was a lovely touch. Staff are amazing, they looked after each and every request we had. On top of that, the gym is perfect, everything you would need in a compact corner of the spa. I went alone and had all that was needed. If I was to come back, it would be with the sea view + pool. Thanks again for the lovely staff, we really enjoyed it.
