Very good hotel. Staff was very helpful, food was awesome, many to choose from and even some sea food and kids menu, so nuggets and fries was never a problem. Fruits and sweets were available at every meal. Rooms are clean, they were cleaned everyday only not on Sundays. Pool is big and water is hot. Animations from Coralia were very good in French and English. I recommend this hotel for families with kids. There is no playground but pool is enough for every kid, shallow and hot In all inclusive there are good drinks and ice cream near the pool all day

The hotel is not ready yet! The visualizations are presenting something doesn't exist in reality. There are no swimming pools (just one tiny one), no playground for kids, no gardens... For the first 2 days, the entire hotel was out of power... no water in the room, no air-condition, nothing was working. I couldn't get hot water for milk for our baby... I can't recommend this hotel, be careful and avoid it if possible!

Rooms are comfortable, nice and very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is all newly built with everything we need is in short distance. Food is great. We enjoyed our stay and we plan to visit again

We are a couple of 30 & 34 years old and stayed at the Laguna Holiday Resort for 12 nights in August 2021. We originally booked the nearly located Mareblue Beach Resort, but since that experience of 2 nights was way below our expectation, we were very happy to be transferred to Laguna Holiday Resort by our travel agency. Our stay in this hotel made us quickly forget that experience. Arriving at Laguna, we were warmly welcomed by the sympathetic receptionist Andrea, who immediately made us feel at ease. Later, we also met her super friendly colleagues Christina and Daniela who are always in for a chat and the best listeners. The reception team would do anything within their possibilities to keep their guests happy. Even the hotel manager George welcomed us personally and assured us that we could always pass by him or his right hand Markos with questions or remarks. We received the requested quietly located double deluxe room. Andrea accompanied us, to make sure we liked the room. It was a modern, spacious room with a large balcony that offered a view on the lake as well as on the sea. Every morning we could wake up enjoying the gorgeous sunrise from our beds. What else do you need?! The restaurant’s food was varied and tasteful and the choise was huge. The waiters (such as Ada, Merita and Liliana) are very hard working and brighten up every day. The mutual atmosphere between all workers throughout the hotel is excellent and as a guest you can certainly feel that. Maître d'hôtel Kostas is always in the right place at the right time and makes sure everything runs smoothly. By the pool you can enjoy the entertainment program, which never gets you bored. The animation team is present every day but they are not pushy at all. You can enjoy your much needed rest during the animation team’s afternoon break. Eliana and Antigoni are the pool bar ladies who make the best cocktails. Another plus is that we never really had to queue for drinks or at the restaurant’s buffet, even though it was high season. Everything is organised very well. We will miss the hotel and the lovely people working there enormously and will definitely return one day. At the moment, Laguna Holiday Resort is still quite an undiscovered treasure, so book now or cry later! Lots of love and thankfulness to the team from Emilie and Danny (Belgian/Dutch couple?).

Luxurious resort with the friendliest staff we have ever met during a holiday! People are lovely and smiling all the time, even when working so hard in Greek hot temperatures. The service by the reception desk ladies and the manager George is excellent. Ask them anything and they make sure it gets arranged immediately. Bar ladies always serve you with a smile and you never have to wait to get your drink. Food is varied, every day you can try something new. They have Western European and Greek dishes, to everyone's taste. Restaurant staff is attentive and keep everything clean and tidy, everything gets refilled quickly. This hotel doesn't deserve so many negative opinions! It is a nice, pleasant place especially for families with children. Large "paddling pool", as we used to call it, creates lots of fun for smaller children without parents worrying about their safety. Meals are delicious, everyday something different but also every day the "must have" is there such as fresh vegetables, feta cheese, tzatziki or pasta and chicken nuggets for kids. Decent wine and quite decent beer, staff friendly, smiling a lot always willing to help. True- this hotel is located in the middle of nowhere but again a lot of people fancy that over busy crowded places. One thing that bothered us was the muddy-water puddles that emerged each day around the pool bar area - clearly there is no outlet for that water.

Very nice new hotel and bungalows located close to the lake. Very friendly and helpful staff, managers, maids (many thanks to Andrea from reception which helped us with everything). Quite big swimming pool with separated shallow water for kids located next to the hotel and second one between bungalows. Food was great, rooms were spacious and clean, (inside you can find airco and small fridge). 5 minutes walk to the beach. 2 supermarkets, taverna and car rental next to the beach. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Highly recommend
