F	Frantzeska Kaparelioti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση με διαφορά! Και που; Σε έναν οίκο που χρυσοπληρωνεις ο,τι παίρνεις! Επισκέφθηκα το κατάστημα αρχικά της Πανεπιστημίου στο οποίο διαλέξαμε βέρες.Στο κατάστημα το καρτελακι στις βέρες η τιμή για το 61 μέγεθος ήταν στα 550€ έστειλαν λοιπόν ερώτημα στο εργοστάσιο για να μας ενημερώσουν για τα δικά μας μεγέθη (52+62) και εν τέλει η τιμή για την 52 νούμερο δηλαδή πολύ μικρότερο μέγεθος από αυτό του δείγματος του καταστήματος ήταν στα 660 και για την 62 νούμερο ήταν στα 700€. Όταν κάλεσα για να ρωτήσω μου είπαν ότι ενδεχομένως ήταν λάθος η τιμή και θα γινόταν εκ νέου ερώτημα στο έργοστασιο. Εμείς πήγαμε και στο κατάστημα του golden hall στο οποίο μας έσωσαν τις ίδιες τιμές. Η πωλήτρια απαράδεκτη με ύφος με ειρωνεύτηκε όταν σχολίασα ότι η μία βέρα με μια άλλη έχει διαφορά 200€ λέγοντας μου ότι 200€ δεν είναι πολλά από 500€ και πάνω είναι διάφορα χρημάτων!Να μην σχολιάσω ότι μας πέταξε τις κασετίνες με τις βέρες με βιασύνη φορώντας τη μάσκα στο λαιμό! Προσπαθούσαμε μια εβδομάδα να βγάλουμε άκρη ποια ακριβώς είναι η τιμή! Μας κοροϊδεύαν μιλώντας μας με κωδικούς τους οποίους προφανώς και εμείς δεν γνωρίζουμε!! Καταλήξαμε να πάμε ξανά στο κατάστημα της Πανεπιστημίου η υπεύθυνη μου μίλησε αγενεστατα με ειρωνεύτηκε όταν της είπα γιατι καθυστέρουν να μας απαντήσουν για την τιμή εφόσον γνώριζα ότι άμεσα θα άλλαζε η τιμή του χρυσού και απλά μας καθυστερούσαν για να τις πληρώσουμε προφανώς με άλλη τιμη! Προσπάθησα να συννενοηθω και με τους υπεύθυνους στο Μουσείο Λαλαούνη οι οποίοι ήταν ευγενεστατοι παρόλαυτα μετά από δύο εβδομάδες ακόμα περιμένω να με κάλεσουν για τις τιμές!! Η υπεύθυνη όταν κάλεσα στο κατάστημα για να την ρωτήσω γιατί οι τιμες είναι στα 550 αλλά μετά τις πουλάνε πιο ακριβά ενώ θέλω να τονίσω ότι το μέγεθος το δείγμα στο κατάστημα είναι πολύ μεγαλύτερο από αυτό που ήθελα και μάλιστα η πωλήτρια του καταστήματος κράτησε αυτή τη βέρα να την στείλει δήθεν στο εργοστάσιο γιατί είχαν λέει κάνει λάθος σε όλες τις τιμές που είχαν οι κασετίνες!! Σε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με την υπεύθυνη κατέβασε το ακουστικό ενώ μιλούσαμε και μιλησα εν τέλει με έναν ταμεία ό όποιος μου έλεγε ότι εγώ δεν καταλαβαίνω μου φώναζε στο τηλέφωνο και με ειρωνεύτηκε αν έχω ζυγαριά για να ζυγίζω το χρυσό. Δεν ήξερα ότι πηγαίνω στο Λαλαούνη και πρέπει να ζυγίζω το χρυσό και να μιλάω μαζί τους με κωδικούς μιλάμε για τιμές άνω των 1000€ που σκοπεύαμε να δώσουμε για να στηρίξουμε έναν ελληνικό οίκο αλλά μας απογοήτευσε τόσο πολύ σε μια τόσο χαρούμενη στιγμή μας! αντιθέτως τελικά αγοράσαμε τις βέρες από τον Zolota εξυπηρετήθηκαμε άμεσα και μέσα σε δύο μέρες είχαμε τις τιμές και την παραγγελία μας! Ντροπή να κοροϊδεύετε τον κόσμο!! Υποτιμάτε τα χρήματα τα οποία είναι διατεθειμένος ο κάθε άνθρωπος να δώσει σε εσάς!!! Υπάρχουν πολύ πιο αξιόπιστα κοσμηματοπωλεία σε σχέση με το δικό σας! In a telephone conversation with the person in charge, he hung up the phone while we were talking and I finally talked to a cashier who told me that I did not understand, he called me on the phone and made fun of me if I had a scale to weigh gold. I did not know that I was going to Lalaouni and I had to weigh the gold and talk to them with codes, we are talking about prices over 1000 € that we intended to give to support a Greek house but it disappointed us so much in such a happy moment! on the contrary, we finally bought the wedding rings from Zolota, we were served immediately and within two days we had our prices and our order! Shame on you for making fun of people !! You underestimate the money that every person is willing to give to you !!! There are much more reliable jewelry stores than yours!
