★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service ever! Requested a specific backpack without having it's code. I sent Zoi a photo and she immediately replied. She was extremely polite and fast. Definately haven't had this kind of service before in any designer boutique in Greece or abroad. Much appreciated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stood outside for a good 10 seconds for the guy at the door to stare at me from head to toe before he decided to open the door and entertain me. He then saw me wearing a YSL purse then only started speaking to me. Not a very wise customer service for such a high end brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this store located in Athens to buy a bag. The woman who try to help or assist me was very rude and not polite. Zero customer service from her, I end up not buying anything because they don’t have the style I wanted but no customer service, unfriendly, not welcoming and it’s not worth buying the product if the staff is no customer service!
