The best place for a relaxing holiday on the beautiful island, away from the masses. Breathtaking views and no-nonsense sincere service. The rooms are amazingly comfy and styled to the detail (some of the newest rooms are still under construction on the outside but nothing noticeable once you step inside). Breakfast was incredible and so was the hospitality. We felt very welcome, from the moment we arrived in the middle of the night. Driving to this place was a little gift every day with the scenic route (sometimes a bit of an adventure, but always a good one). There's a lot of exploring to do in the area. Towns, a cave and a monestary are all in driving distance. However, with the infinitypool (some rooms even have a private one) and a little kitchenette to prepare your own meals, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing day in. The horse, the beautiful flowers and the sound of the crickets are just the finishing touch. To us, it was perfect. Sad that our trip has ended, but happy to have been able to stay at such a special place.

DO NOT STAY! Horrific host! He was rude, disrespectful and we ended up leaving early as a result.

Beautiful owners, breathtaking location with such a tranquil feeling. I was thoroughly looked after and the owners were the perfect hosts. The food was freshly cooked and the rooms were very tasteful in decor. I will be returning.

Great place! True combination of past and present. Quiet, easy reach from the highway combines with true tranquility. Very good dinner! Wonderful views. Olive plantation nearby and both mountain and sea views. Very easy and friendly owner. Highly recommended!

This place could be so much more! It is classed as 'luxury' which it really isn't. Limited choice of breakfast food, evening meal one choice only (very nice food, like home cooking) but not luxury standard. Our terrace with the private pool was tiny and hardly any room to move the sunbeds around on, plus they were old and tired, very rickety, they need replacing. The private pool was small but nice. The shower was very stiff to use in the different settings. The bed was very firm. I think the owners are missing a treat by not using the lovely top terrace in the evenings for dinner, as it would make a lovely place to sit and have food at night. It is a redundant area, such a waste! Not sure why it isn't used? Also, the second indoor public pool was empty of water and seemed pointless being there. A big hole in the ground! That area could have been made into a bar area with food and drinks for guests, instead of another pool. This is more like a family-run hotel, that needs some tweaks to be called 'luxury'. It is certainly not that at the moment. When we arrived we were asked what room we had booked! No reception area, the end bill was handwritten in Greek, so we had no idea what it all said. The only member of staff always on hand every single day bar the Sunday was Jeorgia (Spelling could be wrong) A lovely lady always friendly and smiling. She seemed to be a one man band. The owners were only there on the first night when we arrived. We liked our stay, but felt it is very overpriced for what it is. This place could be so much better and better value for money. Thank you to Jeorgia, who was absolutely lovely.
