Τηλεφώνησα στο συγκεκριμένο γραφείο στις 14/11/2019 το πρωί για μια αγγελία που αφορούσε την Πώληση ενός σπιτιού στη Σπέτσες. Επειδή δεν μπορούσα να παρρεβρεθώ άμεσα στη Σπέτσες να δω από κοντά το σπίτι παρακάλεσα την Υπεύθυνη του γραφείου να στείλω κάποιον συγγενικό μου πρόσωπο ή φίλο για να δει αντι εμού το σπίτι. (Φυσικά με την παρουσία συνεργάτη του γραφείου) Η υπευθυνη αρνήθηκε απαντώντας μου ότι δεν εμπιστευεται κανέναν και πόσο μάλλον τους Νησιώτες. Για να μην τη φέρω σε δύσκολη θέση την παρακάλεσα να κλείσουμε ένα ραντεβού ή να μου στείλει φωτοφραφίες του Σπιτιού. Μου απάντησε ότι "θα το σκεφτώ και θα σας τηλεφωνήσω αυριο" Φυσικά δεν μου τηλεφώνησε ποτέ . Ξανα επικοινώνησα με το γραφείο την επόμενη ημέρα Παρασκευή 15/11/2019 να της υπενθυμίσω για τις φωτογραφίες και με ενημέρωσε ότι έιναι σε ραντεβού και θα μου τις στείλει Παρασκευή Βράδυ. Φυσικά δεν μου τις εστειλε ποτέ. Ξανατηλεφώνησα Δευτέρα πρωί στο γραφείο για να με ενημερώσει τελικά η κατα τα άλλα αγενέστατη Κυρία ότι το σπίτι πουλήθηκε. Ανακεφαλαιώνω . Η στάση του γραφείου είναι πλήσως αντιεπαγγελματική. Δεν με ενημερώνει από την αρχή ότι το σπίτι έχει πουληθεί , δεν μου κλείνει ραντεβού , δεν μου στέλνει φωτογραφίες και το σημαντικότερο δεν κάνει τον κόπο να επικοινωνήσει μαζί μου να με ενημερώσει για την εξέλιξη του σπιτιού όταν από την Πέμπτη 14/11/2019 επικοινώνησα με το γραφείο 3 φορές και ακόμα περιμένω τις φωτογραφίες μέχρι να μου πει ότι το σπίτι τελικά πουλήθηκε.

I phoned this office on 14/11/2019 in the morning for an ad regarding the Sale of a House in Spetses. Since I couldn't get to Spetses directly to see the house closely, I asked the office manager to send a relative or friend of mine to see the house for me. (Of course the presence of the partner office) The manager denied answering that he did not trust anyone and let alone the Islanders. To avoid embarrassment, I asked her to make an appointment or send me photos of the house. He replied that "I'll think about it and call you tomorrow" Of course he never called me. I contacted the office again the following day Friday 15/11/2019 to remind her of the photos and informed me that she is on an appointment and will send them Friday Night. Of course he never sent them to me. I called back to the office Monday morning to finally let the otherwise irresistible Lady know that the house had been sold. To summarize. The office is plisos unprofessional attitude. It doesn't tell me from the beginning that the house has been sold, it doesn't make an appointment, it doesn't send me photos, and most importantly it doesn't bother to contact me to let me know about the evolution of my home when I contacted since Thursday 14/11/2019 with the office 3 times and still waiting for the photos to tell me the house was finally sold.
