S	Selene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενώ η υπάλληλος που μας εξυπηρέτησε ήταν ευγενέστατη, η υπεύθυνη (μία μελαχρινή 40+άρα -διευθύντρια μαλλον) άρχισε να φωνάζει με το που μπήκαμε στο γραφείο της και της κάναμε μία απλή ερώτηση. Της μιλήσαμε πολύ ευγενικά και δεν προλάβαμε να πούμε τίποτα, παρά μόνο την ερώτηση που της κάναμε. Πάθαμε πραγματικά σοκ με την αγένειά της. Απορώ πως τέτοια άτομα προσλαμβάνονται, πόσο μάλλον να παίρνουν προαγωγή. Τελικά η λογική των δημοσίων υπαλλήλων καλά κρατεί. While the employee who served us was very polite, the manager (a brunette 40+ so - probably a manager) started shouting as we entered her office and asked her a simple question. We spoke to her very kindly and we did not have time to say anything, except the question we asked her. We were really shocked by her rudeness. I wonder how such people are hired, let alone promoted. In the end, the logic of civil servants holds up well.

N	Nikolaos Maxouris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Υπόδειγμα υπηρεσίας, πήγα μετά από την επίσκεψη μου σε άλλο κτηματολογικο γραφειο προετοιμασμένος να υποστώ τον ίδιο Γολγοθά. Νόμιζα ότι ήλθα σε άλλο κράτος όλοι οι εργαζόμενοι πρόθυμοι να σε εξυπηρετήσουν, τα μέτρα για τον covid υπόδειγμα. Τελείωσα σε 45 λεπτά μακάρι όλες οι υπηρεσίες να λειτουργούσαν έτσι. Ν	ΝΙΚΟΣ ΝΙΚΟΛΙΔΑΚΗΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν έχω πολύ μεγάλη εμπειρία από Δημόσιες Υπηρεσίες, αλλά η εικόνα που έχω δεν είναι και η καλύτερη. Εδώ όμως ήταν ευχάριστη Έκπληξη. Άμεση εξυπηρέτηση από τους υπαλλήλους, με ευγένεια και προθυμία να απαντήσουν στην όποια ερώτηση. Μέχρι το κινητό της Συμβολαιογραφου μου ζήτησαν για να έρθουν σε επαφή απευθείας για κάποια διόρθωση. Επίσης σύγχρονο και πολύ καθαρό Κτίριο. Μήπως έχει κάτι αρχίζει να αλλάζει? Μακάρι! I do not have much experience from Public Services, but the image I have is not the best. But here it was a pleasant surprise. Immediate service from employees, with courtesy and willingness to answer any question. Up to the Notary's cell phone they asked me to contact them directly for some correction. Also modern and very clean building. Does something start to change? I wish!
