Προσοχή όμως για να κάνετε αίτηση και να παραλάβετε πρέπει να έχετε εφοδιαστεί ήδη με μεγαρόσημα γιατί δεν πουλάνε στο κτηματολογικό γραφείο και το περίπτερο δίπλα δεν έχει πάντα. (μεγαρόσημα 3 ευρω ανα αίτηση και μεγαρόσημο 2 ευρώ ανά αντίγραφο) the staff very helpful. Στεγάζεται σε ένα ημιυπόγειο που δεν πληροί τα βασικά . Ούτε λόγος για πρόσβαση ΑΜΕΑ. Αναρωτιέμαι ο δήμος Ζωγράφου δεν έχει κάποιο πιο κατάλληλο χώρο να διαθέσει για την υπηρεσία; ή είναι εκτός αρμοδιότητας του; Η παραλαβή κτηματ. διαγράμματος γίνεται σύντομα κ αυθημερόν. Αν θέλεις να καταχωρήσεις πράξεις, συμβόλαια κλπ. πρέπει να είσαι από νωρίς το πρωί εκεί προκειμένου να πάρεις ένα από τα είκοσι νούμερα που μπορούν να εξυπηρετήσουν οι λιγοστοί υπάλληλοι. Δεν υπάρχει pos , πληρώνεις μόνο μετρητά και αν είναι πάνω από 500€ με τραπεζική επιταγή. Τα πιστοποιητικά εν τέλει αργούν να εκδοθούν, περίπου 1,5 χρόνο. Περιμένοντας λοιπόν να γίνει η μετάβαση στην ψηφιακή εποχή μέχρι τότε θα ψάχνουμε για μεγαρόσημα και θα ταλαιπωρούμαστε όλοι μαζί.
