A	Antonia Kalaitzaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενεστατη με ύφος η ιδιοκτήτρια. Πανάκριβα όλα τα ρούχα. Δε προλάβαμε να μπούμε στο κατάστημα με την αδερφή μου και μας είπε να βάλουμε αντισηπτικό. Όταν μπήκε άλλος πελάτης με έδιωξε γιατί επιτρέπεται μόνο δύο άτομα. Δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να αφήσω λεφτά ξανά εκεί !!!!!!!!!! The owner is the most rude in style. All clothes are very expensive. My sister and I did not have time to enter the store and she told us to put antiseptic. When another client came in he kicked me out because only two people were allowed. There is no way I can leave money there again !!!!!!!!!!

The best and cleanest store with children's things in Chania, with the most helpful polite and fast employees, who always serve with a smile, courtesy, and offer you beautiful options for every occasion and at good prices! Σου παρουσιάζουν προϊόντα μέσω site....και μετά στα πουλάνε ποιο ακριβά απ' ότι το site της lapin house. What can we say about this store? Ζουν They present you with dusty christening products, at outrageous prices. They present you products through a site .... and then they sell them more expensive than the site of lapin house.

Η πωλήτρια, λέγονταν Βουλα! Καταπληκτική! I visited the store this morning for shopping for my christenings, I was very pleased with the service and the willingness to help me with the gifts! The saleswoman was called Voula! Amazing!

Τα κορίτσια του συγκεκριμένου καταστήματος ειναι τα καλύτερα με διαφορά.. πολύ ευγενικές κι αληθινές. Τα 5 αστέρια πάνε γι αυτές.. συγχαρητήρια για την επιλογή σας. Η ψυχή ενός καταστήματος είναι το προσωπικό του κι εσείς το χετε καταφέρει. I shopped on Saturday 21/05. I've been to other Lapin stores. The girls of this store are the best by far .. very kind and true. The 5 stars go for them .. congratulations on your choice. The soul of a store is its staff and you have succeeded.
L	Lefteris Maragkoudakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το μαγαζί πραγματικά μετά την ανακαίνιση έχει αλλάξει προς το τέλειο με το προσωπικό να είναι πολύ ευγενικό και με διάθεση να σε εξυπηρετήσει. διατηρώντας το χώρο όμορφο και τακτοποιημένο. Επισκέφτηκα την Μεγάλη εβδομάδα το κατάστημα και παρά το κόσμο που είχε το μαγαζί, μια πολύ ευγενική κοπέλα (την Βούλα και την ευχαριστώ πολύ) με ενημέρωσε για τα καρότσια που διαθέτει το μαγαζί και εν τέλη ψώνισα για το βαφτιστήρι μου αυτό που έψαχνα. τέλεια ποιότητα! The store really after the renovation has changed to perfection with the staff being very polite and willing to serve you. keeping the space beautiful and tidy. I visited the store on Holy Week and despite the crowd that the store had, a very kind girl (Voula and I thank her very much) informed me about the trolleys that the store has and finally I bought for my christening the one I was looking for. perfect quality!

Θα συμφωνήσω απόλυτα μ ότι αναφέρεται στις υπόλοιπες κριτικές σχετικά με την ιδιοκτήτρια χωρίς να σχολιάσω περαιτέρω.. Πλέον αγοράζω μόνο από αλλαγές κι αυτό με το ζόρι. Το καλοκαίρι εξυπηρετήθηκα από μια καινούρια πωλήτρια, η οποία παρά ήταν διαχυτική χωρίς να της εχει δοθεί απο μεριας μου το θάρρος ,χρησιμοποιουσε χαρακτηρισμούς για μενα και τη κορή μου ,οι οποιοι ηταν γελοιοι και προσωπικά με προσεβαλαν. Γενικά η εξυπηρέτηση της συγκεκριμένης παρα ήταν λεπτομερής που με κανε να κουραστω και να βιάζομαι να φυγω..ενιωσα τρομερη πίεση..επιπλέον το ντύσιμο της ήταν ανάρμοστο για το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα και μου εβγαζε μια ασχημη εικονα σε συγκριση με τις υπόλοιπες πωλήτριες . Πρόσφατα όμως που πήγα για μια ακόμη αλλαγή ,η συγκεκριμένη πωλήτρια ήταν μάλλον εκτός ωραρίου.. το κλίμα ήταν διαφορετικό αλλά κι η εξυπηρέτηση όπως έπρεπε , χωρίς αυτό να σημαίνει ότι θα ξαναπάω. Now I only buy from changes and that by force. In the summer I was served by a new saleswoman, who despite being diffuse without being given the courage by me, used descriptions for me and my daughter, who were ridiculous and personally insulted me. In general, the service of this particular shop was so detailed that it made me tired and in a hurry to leave..I felt terrible pressure..in addition, her dress was inappropriate for the specific store and it gave me a bad image compared to the other saleswomen. But recently when I went for another change, this particular seller was rather out of time .. the climate was different but also the service as it should be, without this meaning that I will go again.
