Is not only about the very interesting Avocado Shop but about the spirit of this ancient village.
You will not discover wonders of Greece here, just a piece of the rural life, new and old, mixed together in a very quiet place.
Don’t forget to look for the little church!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute little place, close to Rethymno and definitely worth visiting. Great shop with various avocado based cosmetics which are being loved by my (female obviously ?) friends and family. Shop host is super friendly and helps you find the perfect product for you (although you probably can’t really go wrong here).
If you have an hour to spare and looking for some nice presents for the folks back home or yourself, this is worth it ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using products from Lappa Avocado the last ten years. I like many of their products, but the facial cream is the "flag ship"! I think that l will use it for the rest of my life. Try it! You can get these products in several shops in Crete, but l recommend the journey to Argyroupolis, because you can combine it with a trip to Ancient Lappa and see the waterfalls and eat sturgeon. Well worth a visit!
