★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Как магазин это место не посещаем, хотя выбор там действительно неплохой. Любим тут у них на набережной есть йогуртовое мороженое с разными наполнителями. Особенно нравится с вареньем из лепестков роз. Вид за столиками на набережной очень приятный и находится в тени.
 We don’t visit this place as a store, although the choice there is really good. We love here they have on the promenade there is yogurt ice cream with different fillings. Especially like jam from rose petals. The view at the tables on the promenade is very pleasant and is in the shade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zu empfehlen, ich war mit meiner Familie in diesem Laden. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr unsympathisch, weder ein Lächeln noch eine Begrüßung. Außerdem wurde wir von den Verkäufern verfolgt, da sie anscheiend dachten, wir würden etwas klauen, obwohl unser Einkaufskorb voll mit Sachen war, hatten kurz überlegt deswegen alles liegen zu lassen, um doch nicht dort einzukaufen ... Nie wieder, sowas geht gar nicht!!!
Not recommended, went to this store with my family. The staff were very unsympathetic, neither a smile nor a greeting. We were also followed by the sellers because they apparently thought we were going to steal something, even though our shopping basket was full of things, had thought about leaving everything there in order not to shop there ... Never again, that doesn't work at all !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Первый раз на Крите, случайно зашли в магазин " Lato" и очень обрадовались, встретив в нем русскоговорящий девушешек- Марию и Танюшу! Татьяна очень быстро нам помогла разобраться в греческом ассортименте , мы , с её помощью продигустировали оливковое масло и выбрали по своему вкусу и для подарков близким, а сыры, которых так много, без её помощи мы бы вообще не смогли купить, так же знаменитые греческие оливки и приправы. Мария нам выбрала замечательное вино, которое мы в этот же вечер с мужем продигустировали, и что очень приятно, так это цены в этом магазине ниже, чем в других, и приятные презенты от магазина нас очень порадовали ..Мы 4 раза приходили и остались в восторге от качества продукции и обслуживания ! Очень рекомендуем это прекрасный магазинчик и огромное спасибо девочкам, что бы мы без вас делали...

We bought some bottles for 5,83€ each. We saw the same bottle for 4,80€ at Melissa shop.
We come back to be reimbursed or have the difference . No negotiation, They didn't want and said that it is our fault. We need to do the comparative before to buy. They are not professional or shopkeeper. Do not the same mistake than us.
