★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το κατάστημα σαν κατάστημα και οι άνθρωποι που εργάζονται μέσα είναι ευγενικοί, εξυπηρετικοί και επαγγελματίες.
Μου κάνει εντύπωση όμως που μια πόλη σαν τον Άγιο Νικόλαο, που ναι μεν είναι μικρή αλλά έχει κάμποσο πληθυσμό και θεωρείται λοιπόν πόλη, έχει μονάχα ένα κατάστημα Eurobank, αν είναι δυνατόν!
Επίσης, εκνευρίστηκα πάρα πολύ που δήλωσα απώλεια κάρτας τηλεφωνικά και η τράπεζα (τα κεντρικά) χρειάστηκαν10 μέρες να μου στείλουν την καινούργια. Είναι απαράδεκτο! Αν είχα πάει στο κατάστημα θα είχε γίνει έκδοση καινούργιας επιτόπου.
Αυτά. Ευχαριστώ το κατάστημα γιατί έβαλαν τα δυνατά τους για να γλιτώσω από την ταλαιπωρία κι ας μην τα κατάφεραν.
 The store as a store and the people who work inside are polite, helpful and professional.
It strikes me, however, that a city like Agios Nikolaos, which is small but has a large population and is therefore considered a city, has only one Eurobank branch, if possible!
I was also very upset that I reported losing a card over the phone and it took the bank (central bank) 10 days to send me the new one. It is unacceptable! If I had gone to the store a new one would have been issued on the spot.
That's all. I thank the store because they did their best to save me the trouble even if they did not succeed.
