Laundry Ostria Naousa - Paros - Epar.Od. Naoussas-Marpissas

I used the Naoussa Ostria Laundry services while in Paros because our washing machine broke down. The services are very expensive and quite poor. There is no price list to be found. The ironing is an extra service (!) - as is the proper folding of clothes apparently. My washing bag was not returned upon pick up. I had to ask the lady to search for it. I cannot say that the clothes and the sheets have foul smell, but most certainly, they do not smell the way they should after a professional washing service of this price! I would not recommend it.

Friendly staff and clean folded clothes. What more do you want... ? The price is €15 per machine load.

What a friendly place! Walkable from the Old Town. 1 day turnaround for a bag of clothes was 12 Euro. Great service and pretty affordable too. Would recommend :)

The laundry wanted to charge me 30 Euros (!) for 2 small loads of simple clothes - without ironing. Of course its high season but this is just tourist ripoff. Regardless of the quality that I cannot review, this is beyond common sense.

They quoted 10 Euros and then charged me 12 just because I paid by card. This is first of all illegal by EU law !!! That being said, everything is super clean and folded but such a service wouldn’t normally cost more than 6-7 Eur

Stay away!! First of all, we brought a bag of laundry to be cleaned. They quoted us €30 and stated that it would be two loads of laundry. I think this is high, but I let it go because I don’t mind supporting small business. However, when we unloaded our laundry back at home we discovered several pairs of underwear and socks that were not ours. Worst of all, a pair of Ralph Lauren swim trunks that I bought my husband as a gift were missing. They made no attempt to refund us the cost of the laundry at least, and made no attempt to figure out how to get our property back. Overall, I cannot recommend this place in good faith. I recommend finding a hotel with laundry facilities or going to a self service laundromat. Update- I am also missing a light blue workout shirt and my white dress was shrunk. They clearly don’t pay attention to the care tags on clothing, but I suppose I should have instructed them to not dry it in those ways. That is probably on me. Either way, I warn others who want to use this business. You’ll pay an outrageous price for your property to go missing. I’m mad at myself for using this facility, and I wish there was a review like this one to keep me out of this situation.

I had a good experience doing my laundry here. Took a large bag of clothes, they did it in two loads to separate whites and colors. I dropped the clothes off in the afternoon and it was ready next morning. Price is €12 per load and they accept credit cards. Their hours are a bit weird so make sure it's open before you go.

Great experience getting my clothes clean. Dropped a mixed bag of clothes off in the afternoon and was ready for collection the next morning. Clothes were cleaned (even got oil out of one of my jumper) and smelled fresh. Would recommend without hesitation. Lovely people to deal with too. They said it would be 12€ and it was. Think they might closed between like 2pm and 6pm/8pm, think open all morning.
