Автомобили не новые , но без залога. Трансфер из аэропорта.

Коректна, спокійна робота на етапі бронювання. Дають роз'яснення на питання. Вже в Греції надіслав свою геолокацію. Приїхала пані і забрала на машині до офісу, де швидко оформили папери. При здачі авто жодних проблем і знову ж таки трансфер до місця проживання. Можливо в інших місцях, особливо в аеропорту, вартість буде меншою, а авто новішими, але в "Lavrio Rent a Car" якість послуг точно не заслуговує того низького рейтингу, що виставлено в Google map.

Very friendly people and good new car

I have been coming to Greece for 6 years 99.9% of the Greek people are just so beautiful and friendly. The man on the phone at Olympic marina office for this company was a very rude man. I can see why they get bad reviews. Don’t rent here....

Before our holiday we contacted by email the two car hire firms we could trace in Lavrio, Leon Rent a Car and Lavrio Rent a Car. The mails from the former were kind and helpful, and we were minded to use them; but in a spirit of helpfulness the lady from whom we rented an apartment contacted Lavrio Rent a Car and arranged for them to bring a car to the apartment, so we settled for them. After so much experience of kind, helpful Greeks during our holiday, Paniogotis of Lavrio Rent a Car blamed us because, having been told where we were staying, he went to the wrong address and, as it turned out, did not know where our apartment was in Lavrio and, it is clear, failed to ask. When he did find us he was angry and aggressive, and offered no apology for what was his mistake. He was in a hurry because he wanted to be somewhere else and trying to find us had held him up. He drove us to his office, and somehow during the car hire administration the price went up from the 160 euros quoted in his prior email to us and to our host at the apartment to 240 euros; but his office was outside Lavrio on the marina and we had no way of declining and getting back into Lavrio to the alternative car hire firm. So we had to accept. He kept telling us how busy he was, and we felt that as clients we were an inconvenience to him. He gave us no instruction re what to do in the event of breakdown, the only instructions in the car being in Greek. Upon requesting some kind of map he at first said that he had nothing, and then reached behind him and threw one onto the table in front of us. He was rude and unpleasant during the whole transaction, and all we can say is that it was a relief to get away in the car. After four days we handed over the car at Athens airport, not looking forward to seeing him again. Fortunately his wife came to collect the car. As an elderly couple we were shocked by the experience and, although we tried not to let what had happened spoil our holiday, we were rattled for the rest of that day. If in Lavrio and needing a car we recommend trying Leon cars. We regret not using them instead.

Very unfriendly rude person. Long story short, got told that I am not a good person and the man put down the phone whilst saying "don't call me ever again". I was calling by Skype 'cause of costs. He interrupted every sentences I tried to say, I had no chance to explain anything. Long story short. Very unpolite, rude person. Don't rent anything here! I've travelled to Greece several times, never came across such a rude person. Shame for the nice region.
