The service and view are #1 at this place. It is run by a very nice woman who is accomodating and ready to help at all times. The rooms are clean and all the balconies have an AMAZING view. She will also give clear instructions on where to go around town. 10/10 recommend!

We have arrive just today and me and my misses were blown away by very warm welcome by land lady (she gave us fruit milk shake and a cake :), she aslo explained us what to see, where to go, how to get there. The best part however was the room (I have booked a room with a view of sea) that have past our expectations in terms of the view and locality to the vilage centre and beach Milos! Oh, and the hotel has designated parking (that is a BIG bonus as this little town has certainly a parking issues due to number of people visiting vs small size of the town) We are in Greece for the first time, driving around, visiting many places across the country, and we already have the feeling this might be one of the best stays we are going to experience during our holiday.

Great! We are a family with two kids 9 & 11 years old. Nice, clean rooms, large enough swimming pool, decent breakfast, warm hosts Vassilis, Johanna and ms Eleni.

Relaxed, family run. Quality rooms and excellent breakfast. Would love to go back one day. Set back from the busy Ay. Nikita town. Excellent base to explore the island. Faultless- even somewhere to park the car!

Lovely place on the edge of the Ag. Nikitas village with an incredibly friendly host recommending us the top places like Milis beach and Rachi restaurants in the mountains.

Every room has a balcony with amazing view, location is great not far from the beach and various restaurants, the parking is free, staff was very friendly and breakfast was great

Plus: •The rooms are located near the center of Agios Nikitas, which is one of the liveliest places in Lefkada. •The view is genuinely nice and the location great. •Air-condition was in top shape and the overall estate climate was pleasant despite the heatwave. •Cleanliness and COVID-19 adherence were of remarkably high standards (though not 100%). •Although these are rooms to let and not a hotel, there was a breakfast, and it was really good. Minus: •There was a crack on the shower bed causing it to leak on to the floor. We notified the reception, we were told it would be taken care of, but only after we had checked out. •There is no sound proofing in the building; as a result, you can hear all kind of bathroom noises from the other rooms at night plus some very strange noises that were going on day and night. •There are two wi-fi networks but the one that covers the rooms area is of low-speed (3-6Mbps). •The twin bed is not really a twin bed since the two beds have approximately 15cm between them. Overall: Despite the great location we could not rest and enjoy our stay due to noises and having a broken shower was a major disappointment.

We paid €121 for a one-night-stay, so our expectations were quite high. Sadly, we were pretty disappointed as soon as we went through the door. The room was relatively small and not adequately equipped (e.g. there was no chair or any other kind of furniture to put our suitcase on). The bathroom was tiny, especially the shower - you could barely move in it - and the available toiletries were pretty basic. There were two single beds attached to each other instead of a twin bed, but most importantly, the mattress and pillows were of really poor quality. There was noise in the room, coming from all sorts of places (the fridge, the fuse box and the air con). Although the balcony had lovely views and was spacious, it didn't feel private as the wall that separated it from the neighbouring ones was only waist-high. Definitely not worth the money!
