We had our wedding planed by Claire in August 2020. We didn't have a lot of time but she managed to plan all in less than one month! She helped us with everything, including our transport to the beach. She is so kind and professional! Our wedding was so beautiful because she did everything exactly how we wanted. Where do we start with Lefkas Weddings...Claire has impeccable taste and attention to detail. Time and time again she was able to adapt to very challenging circumstances with covid and even a freak cyclone and she still managed to pull it all together. She designed one of the best days of our lives and something we will never forget. She has some of the best local knowledge and contacts on the island and was able to cater to our exact tastes. An unquestionable work ethic. I cannot recommend her enough.

Claire at Lefkas Weddings is totally professional, really creative and always plans things down to the last detail. Claire (Lefkas Weddings) made planning our dream wedding in the Ionian Islands (where we did not speak the language) an absolute breeze. She is incredibly knowledgeable and well connected, suggesting and organising venues, photographers, videographers, florists, bakeries, hairdressers, make up artists etc etc which we would never have thought or found ourselves. Claire even had the unenviable task of rescheduling our Wedding Day various times due to the COVID 19 pandemic but even that she did with ease and without fuss. When we first consulted with Claire, we had ideas of what we’d like to include in our wedding day (such as a cruise on the M/S Christina and a meal in Vathy harbour, Meganisi) but she used these ideas to create an absolutely perfect day which far surpassed our expectations. Claire creates you a personalised pintrest board where you can save ideas for flowers, the wedding cake, hair, make up etc and she makes recommendations based on these, the arch at our beach ceremony for example was what we wanted and far better! Claire thought of everything and her experience from planning other weddings clearly showed in the recommendations she made for us, such as including a gap in the wedding day so we could shower/sleep/ change between the boat cruise and evening meal, suggesting a traditional Greek Caique boat for the bridal party to arrive on (which felt like such a special way to arrive at the wedding venue.) Claire arranged a mini wedding rehearsal, bridal hair and make up trails and even went above and beyond to book an appointment for a guest to have their nails done at short notice and organised taxi’s for guests to travel between our evening meal venue and their villas. We hadn’t seen our wedding venue, flowers etc before the day or tried the cake, wine, food etc but we had total faith in Claire and this was well placed - everything was impeccable. Claire’s service doesn’t just finish at the alter, she decorated our evening meal venue perfectly and stayed at the venue until the very end of the night (gone 1a.m!) We had a follow-up meeting with Claire the day after the wedding to pay bills, collect left over wedding cake, flowers etc and were given excellent after-care beyond this, Claire even sent a cutting from the Greek newspaper with our names in, and gave advice on how to change my name, get the marriage certificate translated etc. If you are considering a destination wedding in the Ionian Islands, we would highly recommend using Claire to plan your day. We were able to relax and enjoy everything because we knew it was all taken care of. Our Wedding Day ran like clockwork (the flowers arrived with the hairdresser and make-up artists, the photographer and videographer arrived on the small island in time for getting ready shots etc, the bride and groom’s transport boats to the wedding venue were staggered perfectly so we did not see each other beforehand. Claire knows all the best vendors and locations.
