I would have left this hotel 4 stars if it wouldn't have been for our last day's experience. Everything is beautiful, however for the money you are paying you can get a lot better conditions across the board and trust me I have travelled the world and been in exquisite 5 star hotels that are cheaper than this. Nevertheless the biggest issue is the lack of sunbeds. If you come after 11 am there is no where to lay, not around the pool and not on the beach, they purely don't have enough sunbeds. The other issue is with the beds over the infinity pool which get occupied at 7 am, so unless you wake up super early you won't get them. This makes it a very stressful experience if you want to enjoy that part of the hotel. Finally some of the staff have been incredibly rude, trying to move our things when we were not around and then arguing with us. Asked to sit in the sun all day as you can't have a bed over pool and one with an umbrella. Also the quality of their guests is very low....Instagram worshipers who have no respect to other people. So if you want a stress free holiday avoid this seriously pricey hotel.

Not only is this the best hotel in Zakynthos with the best staff it has the most amazing food ever!!!!! You need to stay and eat here.

Amazing hotel but what makes it is the staff everyone is truly 1st class and I do mean everyone from the management to the pool cleaner, if the the hotel was falling down we would still go back to see our friends who work there!

Very nice view for the sea and the experience cannot be better!!! All of stalls have positive attitude to everyone and everything, moreover, they will try their best to help you! I believe I will be back future!

This hotel could not have been more wonderful!!! From the service to esthethics to food quality - everything is perfect and even better than expected! The staff are extremely & knowledgeable & nothing is too much to ask - once again the World Travel Awards-barometer did not dissapoint - they truly only let the best resorts win & Greece was no exception - amazing resort!!

Had an amazing time celebrating our honeymoon here! Facilities were great, food was brilliant but most of all, the customer service was absolutely fantastic. Erica and Peggy put smiles on our faces every day, and we will definitely be returning!

Hotel and staff great lovely and friendly! We booked 10 nights for our honeymoon and had a suite with a private pool. Room was fab however our pool wasn’t heated so really cold! Sometimes you can feel a little overlooked by anyone staying in the above rooms too if they are on their balconies. Also drinks in the hotel really expensive 14-24 euros for a cocktail. Waited a couple times for a good 15/20 minutes at dinner for a drink and breakfast for eggs. Hotel was a little too secluded quiet for us no bars restaurant's within walking distance so had to get taxis to nearby villages as we also like to eat and drink out on our holidays. Perfect for a relaxing quiet break
