Very professional and kind staff.. The structure is simple and very well organized. Gorgeous breakfasT and top coffee! Cool pool and views.. A place a bit far from the main attractions and the village, ideal for those who are looking for relax.. 6 stars for the bar manager, he makes the difference!

Excellent elegance and class. Hotel is located on a hill, overlooking the green hillsides and the open sea in a panoramic view. The hotel is completely new, and everything is in high standard, with comfort and elegant design in mind. I loved it all. I had the 'Navagio' room. It was very large and practical. Comfortable chairs in balcony, overlooking the breath taking panoramic view, and the beautiful pool below. The bed is super soft and comfortable. Very cosy and comfortable seating area. Large shower. And a separate large hot-tub with the same great view. I had breakfast in room, it was excellent. I presume the buffet is as good. I highly recommend this place !!! WIFI is a bit stagger, but ok.

Great staff I just felt like the food and drink prices were very high compared to the stores in the area(3-4x higher). The dinner or lunch selection was very little as well so the only real option was to walk a couple miles to get something besides over priced sandwiches. You could also take a taxi or rent a mode of transport. I feel like if the menu had more to choose from and some accommodations getting into town (may be do a shuttle every 4 hours) the hotel stay would have been much easier. I got a massage there and it was ok however I wouldn't get another. The free breakfast was the best part of the hotel it was definitely superb. The views were great.

Myself & my new wife stayed here a few weeks ago for our honeymoon, our stay was lovely! The staff are very friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Stamatis in particular made our stay that little bit more enjoyable as he was very particular in ensuring that we had our specific drinks ready for when we sat down to eat breakfast each morning! the hotel is very clean and not too far from the local amenities.

Short story: I just cannot understand some of the reviews about this place. We just spent 7 days here and we loved it. We have visited 5* on most continents so we know what the standard they are aiming at is. Service is exceptional and FRIENDLY, from the reception to the waiter, the bartender, the pool-bartender... the hotel is situated on a lush hill with breathtaking Sea view; it's quiet, peaceful. The area is a good base for exploring the island. Breakfast: varied, fresh eggs & omelets, fresh & delicious coffees (cappuccino, espressos, etc.) Lunch/dinner/snacks: everything that came out of their kitchen was really good and fresh. They will bring your food to the pool if you want to have a lunch by the pool, which was super nice. Cocktails: well they make really good old-fashioned, that's for sure :) Room: spacious, very comfy bed. Good housekeeping, beautiful sea view. Very quiet in the evening. Pool: it's really large, clean and the pool area is properly set up (umbrellas, showers, bar). I hit their gym a few times - it's pretty basic but their treadmill works great for a little run before hitting the pool :) You need a car if you're going to stay at this place and want to see some things; but in general I would say you need a car in zakynthos if you wanna do anything. I definitely recommend you stay at this hotel, we've had only good experiences there..

No words to describe the high service which you gave us from Thursday to Sanday. We've felt full satisfied kings. We've never received such a service... ​Amazing team! Wenderful food! Prefect hotel!, Clean and Safe! you're very kind, caring and pleasant that has multiplied people like you. We'll definitely recommend you warmly and in the duture we'll came back here again with a taste od more. Such an amazing hotel. All rooms are big, well maintained, very clean. Atmosphere is very cool and relaxing. Location is great, nice view and close for nice restaurants near by. Food is great, brakefast iis very rich. But most of all the stuff, is just amazing, i propse a weeding during my stay, they help me to arrange everything i needed, and even decorate the room with a nice cake. Everything i asked for and even more, thanks so much for everything ❣️❣️❣️

Me and my wife stayed here our honeymoon, the service was exceptional. They really treated us with kindness and fantastic professionalism. We definitely recommend this place!
