The bartender Chris was amazing. Wiser than his age. A true mixologist. The location was PERFECT. The room had an AMAZING view. The Dj played exceptional music in the evening. The room was clean and very comfortable. The pool area was beautiful. The housekeeping staff was phenomenal. Only reason it gets a 4 is for the food menu. It lacked a variety. Also, all drink and food prices were much higher than neighboring bars, restaurants, and hotels.

Don't waist your time or money. Stayed here on our Honeymoon. Extremely dated and not particularly clean. Very noisy staff at all hours. Older gentleman at the front desk provided some of the rudest customer service I have come across. Many other nice places to stay

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and this didn't change over the 5 days my wife and I were here. The staff were always happy and more than willing to help with anything we needed. The location is perfect with a very short few minute walk to Mykonos old town and a scooter rental around the corner. We were in the ocean view room on the third floor. Rooms are smallish for the price and are in need of a slight upgrade, but they also do not feel dated. The view from the third floor is sensational and the balcony allows you to enjoy the sights and view at your own table.

We booked this hotel because it says they have shuttle service to get to the airport but when we asked about it they called us a taxi so I guess we misunderstood that one. Our room is not worth the price because it was all the way at the back. Their breakfast is really good and the location is close to the town and little Venice and most of the restaurants.

Location wise is perfect! WiFi is exceptional and free. Standard rooms spacious and nicely furnished. Our room maid was above and beyond exceptional. I am sure she is the dream of every executive housekeeper around the world. The 3 stars rise from the towels and the luck of having the possibility to enjoying a coffee or drink after 12:00hrs. Those were the only negative aspects of the 7 nights stay we enjoyed. Bath and face towels were stained and unfortunately the housekeeping was placing them in the rooms. This is totally unacceptable since a stained towel even if washed properly it always seems and feels dirty.

We absolutely loved staying here! Disregard any bad reviews on here. You will not be dissapointed, I promise. - It's so close to Mykonos Town (like 100m away) - The rooms are so lovely, if you are not happy just tell them and they will try to find you a more suitable one, or show them the pictures of the room you rented and they will give you that one. - The staff are so friendly and always happy to help you out. - The pool is to die for, with full table service. - The views are fantastic and the LETO gardens add to this beauty. - Breakfast is so delicious (yes they have bacon and eggs too). - Up the road on the right is a Car Hire place, they have a cars for rent for 40 euros. You can also park your car there over night and just go pick it up the next day. - The bus stop is at the windmills (10 minute walk from here) - You can enjoy a night out on the town and not have to walk far back to the hotel. - You can swin right at the doorstep on the beach. - There are plenty of great palces to eat, drink and be merry right in the heart of the Town. Book it today! And make sure you get a room with a view. You will love how close it is to Mykonos Town.

The breakdown Pros: - perfect location and near the town and close to all the shops, restaurants and shuttle ferries, but just far enough so there it's quiet, and just 10 min walk to Fabrika bus station - friendly and accommodating staff. - pool area is well kept and clean. Not a huge pool but good enough size - lots of locals and family friendly - lobby and hotel grounds are well kept - good housekeeping and guest service - free breakfast (charming breakfast area on the balcony) - room came with free bottle of wine and 10% discount for our first meal Cons (minor nitpicks) - no queen or king beds, just two twin beds stuck together - small room and bathroom that are not 4 stars by US standards and outdated (nothing like the promo pictures). Our room didn't come with an iron or ironing table, but guest service did provide upon request Overall hotel room quality is not 4 stars if that is what you are looking for but otherwise great place to stay due to location friendly staff. Would recommend unless it's a special occasion and you are looking for more upscale rooms.

Will not review the hotel but the pool area... We had a hotel booking somewhere else but it was proposed by our receptionist to go to the Leto hotel to use their pool. It is free to use the pool area on the white sunbeds, the comfy black ones being for hotel residents. The pool area is great, very clean and not too crowded (end of September). The waiter was really nice and caring, helping us move our sunbeds where we wanted. The prices of drinks are the Mykonos price. I will recommend this pool if your hotel do not have one.
