★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of protection against covid 19 virus. Both staff and costumers were not wearing masks, nobody checked our freedom pass nor rapid test, at the parking of the boat was total chaos cause when the boat was arriving at the port , everybody went at the parking , none of them wearing mask. Totally disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to wait for about 12 hours in order to catch a ferry from Killini to Kefalonia because we didn't have a reservation. The company shoud increase the number of daily ferrys in the middle of the season. Also there is a technical error with there site. If you want to book a ticket online there appears to be available sites, but at the and of the by there appears a message that there are no more sits available.

transport, price, timing all good. But,
If it is expeced by law to have a corona test, which is okay, i expected the ferry company to check the test at every customer or at least at few random.
Nobody was checed at all...and i´m pretty sure only a few made a test.......why did we pay 60€ for a test?
That is not supporting our trust in the corona measure of Greece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service and rude guy on parking. They charged me for my car trailer 34euro cause they decide without to properly measure that is 3m long. My trailer according to it's licence is 1.80m long . The guy that has control in entrance decide by his supervision eye view -although they charged me before 2m- to come back to the ticket store to buy 3m. I travel all the time and all the ferry companies charge me all the things me 1.8m. probably this is the reason that you can't buy car trailer ticket on-line. They steal money from the people that don't have the opportunity to react against them cause they will miss their Trip. So sad about Zakynthos and the people living there that they don't have other choices of traveling on mainland!
