★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever from the staff which BTW they express their boredom on serving you. No WiFi ever. Hopefully next time they work on it, cuz I've been traveling on these ferries almost my whole life. Lateness is this company's talent'!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience. Unprofessional company. The ferry should leave from the port at one hour,but it leaves an hour later. It's full and sometimes you can get left off the ferry because they sell more tickets(doesn't metter if you got your tickets online or in advance,you can lose them). We will not take Levante Ferries ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best choice to travel from any island to another in the Ionian Sea or to the capital of Greece.I recommended it to you fellow traveler but not now because of the pandemic known as Covid-19.Also the ship is very comfortable on the inside and it has many different views inside and outside to enjoy your stay on the ship.

We cancelled our car reservation at the point of boarding and received a full refund before leaving the port. Lets face it, thats pretty damn good.
