★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Great seafront location, balcony with superb sea view, clear seawater, sandy beach, free sun beds and umbrellas, beach bar with food and drinks all day long, friendly staff. The bathroom cabinet was a plus. Big closet. Comfy beddings. We will come back again!. Negative: Didn’t like the bathtub which dominates the bathroom and makes things difficult. Food and drinks could use a little improvement. One should need a car to move around..

Placed near the beach, very calm, go to sleep listening the sounds of the waves is amazing.
Rooms are spacious, spotless clean and well equipped.
Easy to reach all the beaches in the south of Zakinthos

It has free shaded parking(s), a beach bar and restaurant that offers a wide variety of food and drinks, from snacks to fish and seafood and a variety of local cuisine, and from soda and soft drinks to alcohol cocktails and fresh juice. It also has green lawn spaces and sandy places where you can have the sunbeds. Then you have two levels of accomodation, a more traditional and cheaper one and a more modern and a little bit more expensive new upper villa.
I recommend this place if you're looking for a place to relax and have some drinks just by the sea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well located, intimate apartments with a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding hills covered with greenery. In the evening listening to the cicadas you can relax with the view of the night sky dotted with stars. Next to the apartments there is a small sandy/gravel with a gentle slope and free beach chairs and showers.
Right next to the beach there is a large wooden bar managed by the inimitable bartender Mario and the lovely Stefania. I assure you, with Mario you cannot get bored, and the smile did not leave his face even during a hurricane. The meals are much better than in many taverns in town, in fact, after a few days we ate only there. For each meal, we got the most delicious watermelon and melon we have eaten in our lives. The rooms are very clean, modern furnished with efficient air conditioning and a private code safe available at no extra charge. Most rooms have a great view of the sea. We were sorry to leave but would love to go back again one day.
