β β β β β Erg mooi appartement. Alles dat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Alleen de douchekop kon niet makkelijk in de douchekop-standaard, waardoor je haren wassen wat lastig was. Top vakantie gehad.
 Very nice apartment. Everything you need is available. Only the shower head could not easily be in the shower head standard, so washing your hair was difficult. Had a great holiday.

β β β β β We booked for 8 days with a toor operator, we left after 3 days, pictures are a scam, this place does in no way live up to it's promise, dark damp house, noisy location, cramped into othet venues, kitchen very poorly equipped, bed was a nightmare, sheets too small and out feet up in the air, matras not level, owner did not take our complaints seriously, his response was hostile, we silently exited this unsuited holiday location....

β β β β β We had a wonderfull stay, the view alone was worth the journey. Itβs just far enough from all the overly touristic regions that itβs really quiet and peacefull, but close enough to everything you need. The owners are great hosts and very helpfull. When our daughter got sick they immediately helped us find medical service. Whatβs more, they checked afterwards if everything was allright and even bought our daughter a small present. Would recommend Lithinia villas to everyone.

β β β β β Tim and Teresa fantastic hosts they couldn't do enough for us, suggesting restaurants, beaches, shops etc. Villa Hannah just stunning. The views were incredible. 10 of us and we had loads of space. Located near beautiful beaches Kaminia Gerakas our favourites. Wonderful holiday.

β β β β β We were met at the airport with a hire car arranged by Tim & Teresa. On arrival at the villa Teresa we found it was spotlessly clean, beds comfortable, villa fully equipped, views stunning, peaceful location ideally situated for excellent restaurants, bars and shops a couple of kilometers away. We would recommend these villas to anyone who enjoys self catering and exploring beautiful places. It was a perfect holiday.
Tim & Teresa are extremely friendly and very helpful. Thank you to you both for everything and we will definately be back.

β β β β β We stayed here for two weeks. The son of the owner welcomed us when arrived and talks English very well. He showed us around and gave us so e tips regarding nearby restaurants and super market. (several good restaurant are located up the main road and also a good super market which has a lot of basic products and fresh bread every morning. It's about 5 minutes by car from the apartment.) The road to the apartment is very steep and small, but this is very common in Greece. We had apartment Victoria on the ground floor. With our son who is 1,5 years old, this is an ideal location. The terrace is blocked by wooden fences so he can play safely. The pool is also very nice. It's small, but perfect for this area. The apartment had two bedrooms, a large living room with kitchen and a separate bathroom. The bedrooms have air-conditioning. The kitchen has an electric 2 place stove, a fridge and an oven. The view when you open the doors is magnificent! You look directly over the ocean. The owner and his son were always available to help or provide information.
We loved staying here and would highly recommend it to families with young children.

β β β β β A really nice place to stay! Our appartement had a big balcony with a astonishing view over the sea, in the distance you can see the mainland! The appartement itself is rooming and had everything we needed. We had a warm welcome and felt right at home. Argassi is just a short drive with the car, a typical Greek tourist village with neon signs, lots of restaurants and places offering daytrips. All in all a great place to stay!
