★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ απλά μακριά από την συγκεκριμένη εταιρία όχι μόνο αρνείται να παραδεχτεί ότι έτυχε να πουλήσει ελαττωματικό προϊόν αλλά ρίχνει και το φταίξιμο στον πελάτη. Παντελής ανευθυνότητα από μεριά της και φυσικά άρνηση του να αναλάβει την ευθύνη.
Λοιπόν αγόρασα τα παπούτσια με κωδικό 3035 στις 4 Αυγούστου 45ευρω καθόλου ευκαταφρόνητο ποσό, σε 3 περιπάτους μέσα σε 20 μέρες τα παπούτσια ξεκόλλησαν το ένα μάλιστα πολύ περισσότερο. Σε επικοινωνία με την εν λόγω εταιρία και μέσω του καταστήματος που τα είχα αγοράσει αλλά επικοινώνησα κ εγώ η ιδία η υπάλληλος έριξε όλο το φταίξιμο επάνω μου ότι τάχα εγώ τα είχα κακομεταχειριστεί σε μισό μήνα (λες να πήγα και έπαιξα ποδόσφαιρο) και φυσικά να ρίξει την ευθύνη πάνω μου για την κατάντια του παπουτσιού. Όταν πλέον άρχισα να εκνευρίζομαι η υπάλληλος μου έκλεισε το τηλέφωνο. Κρίμα που προτιμάνε να χάσουν πελάτες και να δυσφημιστούν από το να καλύψουν ένα ελαττωματικό προϊόν. Οι άνθρωποι δεν έχουν ίχνος επαγγελματισμού γι αυτό και δεν θα τους ξαναπροτιμήσω.
