O	Orestis Pad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα εκπληκτικό ακίνητο σε ένα υπέροχο μικρό λόφο το οποίο είναι τόσο εντυπωσιακό που ακόμη και στην σημερινή του μορφή πλήρως εγκαταλελειμμένο και λεηλατημένο δεν δυσκολεύεται να σε πείσει για τη σπάνια ομορφιά του πριν εγκαταλειφθεί. Αμέτρητα δωμάτια και τζάκια, πισίνα κάτω από τα πεύκα, πολλές καμάρες, στοιχεία μεγαλείου περασμένης εποχής απολύτως κατεστραμμένα πλέον. Δυστυχώς δυσκολεύεσαι σήμερα να απολαύσεις ;έστω το πευκόφυτο αλσάκι που το περιβάλει με τα πουλιά που κελαηδούν λόγω του θορύβου της βαριάς κίνησης των λεωφόρων εκεί αλλά σε κάνει να φαντάζεσαι πόσο σπουδαίο ήταν αυτό το ακίνητο στην εποχή του όταν δεν υπήρχαν όλα αυτά τριγύρω. Αξίζει μια βόλτα. An amazing property on a beautiful small hill which is so impressive that even in its current form completely abandoned and looted it is not difficult to convince you of its rare beauty before being abandoned. Countless rooms and fireplaces, swimming pool under the pines, many arches, elements of splendor of a bygone era completely destroyed now. Unfortunately you find it difficult to enjoy today, even the pine grove that surrounds it with the birds chirping due to the noise of the heavy traffic on the boulevards but it makes you imagine how great this property was in its time when all this was not around. Worth a walk.

Ένα εντυπωσιακό κτίσμα που, από τα πλέον κοσμικά πάρτι της Αθήνας του ’50 και του ’60 και τη χρυσή εποχή της Finos Films, έχει περιέλθει στον απόλυτο μαρασμό. Το μόνο που προσφέρει πια είναι καταφύγιο σε παρέες νέων που επιθυμούν να απολαύσουν την ωραία θέα μακριά από τον θόρυβο της πόλης. It is an imposing house on the green, pine-covered hill of Pallini, with many myths and many true stories to accompany its fame. An impressive building that, one of the most secular parties in Athens in the '50s and' 60s and the golden age of Finos Films, has fallen into utter decline. It only now offers shelter to groups of young people who want to enjoy the beautiful view away from the noise of the city.

T	Tony Ve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ruins of an old abandoned villa at the top of a hill, surrounded by a small forest. Villa Levidi is also called "the tower with seventy rooms" . Built in 1935 used to be a hot-spot of social events and movie shooting in the 50's, nowadays is a quiet place for a walk, reading a book or even a pic nic. Lots of urban legends surround this place.

Once one of the most prestigious villas back in the 80s, was featured in quite a few Greek cinema movies of that time. It is very sad that it is in this state now but its definitely a place to visit, especially for urban exploration fans!
