★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a faulty smart TV. I declared the malfunction in the first 4 days to the retailer. The retailer never told LG and when I finally contacted LG after 10 days they said that they cannot replace the faulty TV, only repair it by changing the central unit! As if I had bought a refurbished product. I did not expect they would be so cheap! Luckily i managed to give it back to the retailer and instead bought a Samsung that by the way has better colours and sound. Bye bye LG.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a side by side fridge with water and ice. The water line is leaking.
LG is telling me that I have to replace the whole freezer door to repair a 2.00 euro hose. Really?
I owned similar fridge by another company for 20 years. When there was a leak, it was an inexpensive repair and not a whole door replacement.
Advise to anyone in the market for a side by side with water, make sure that the door panel can be easily removed.
At some point the water line will need to be replaced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an LG fridge and for the past 3 years it broke every December ?. Need to call and take time for repairs every year and they don't want to replace it because they say it works. I don't think a fridge that breaks every year is working ??.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing, I have gotten crazy with the ear buds I got from LG. The sound comes so smoothly and naturally into the ear and does not cause any disturbance. I loved them immediately. Also with a simple light touch they are activated or deactivated when using them to answer a call. Just the best. I also got their gorgeous sound bar. It gave me a whole new sound experience. Speechless

I have bought lg appliances and TVs and many other things in 5 different countries I have lived in and have never received such poor service from any lg service. I bought a new refrigerator last year and it is still under warranty, but about 10 days ago the freezer stopped freezing, I called the repair and asked for service due to it being very hot weather and the food melting I asked for quick service, for quick service it took over 3 days for them just to get back to me after many calls and asking for them to at least offer me a backup for the new refrigerator I have bought that is now not working, of course they said we don't have this service and it is not our problem if a freezer full of food spoils and goes to waste! After the technician finally came and saw the refrigerator they told me the motor is not working properly and they need to order one from Holland and it will take a week, so again I asked what I am supposed to do with no refrigerator for another at least week in hot weather with a family of 5 to feed! Again they say this is not our problem and we will have to wait! This to me is unacceptable as I have paid to have a refrigerator and after a year it stopped working due to no fault of mine and I am supposed to just live with it! A similar problem with a new refrigerator happened to me a few years back in another country and I received a new refrigerator in less then 24 hours! I didn't choose to buy a faulty product! The service is really unacceptable!
