Αμφιβάλλουμε για την επίλυση του προβλήματος του προϊόντος καθώς ο υπάλληλος απείλησε ότι θα φροντίσει να μας ταλαιπωρήσει.Πολύ φοβόμαστε ότι το soundbar θα γυρίσει χαλασμένο για να ταλαιπωρηθούμε ξανά. Rude staff, poor service, problematic products. We doubt the solution of the product problem as the employee threatened that he will make sure to bother us. We are very afraid that the soundbar will come back damaged so that we can bother again.
M	Ma rou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτοι απλα!αλλα ειχαν πει μετα τα αλλαζανε ενω ειχα πει οτι δν εχω απόδειξη μ είπαν οτι δεν υπάρχει Θέμα ελλειπή ενημέρωση δν με πηρε κανεις να με ενημέρωσει να μην κανω καν κίνηση τότε έστειλα πίσω προϊόν μολις το είχαμε παρει ηταν ελλατωματικο το αποτέλεσμα 26 ευρω στα σκουπίδια..τι να πω ωραια πολιτική να μη σας πω που να τα βάλετε!και να μ στείλουν πισω το ελλατωματικο προϊόν με χρέωση δικη μου ρε δεν πάτε καλα???και απο οτι βλεπω εδω ολοι παραπονα εχουν!ολόκληρη σαμσουνγκ μ αλλαξε τηλ 200 ευρώ χωρίς απόδειξη μονο με την εγγύηση όπως κ αυτοί υποτίθεται έχουν μέσα κ εδω δεν μπορούσαν με προϊόν 26 ευρω που με το καλημέρα ηταν για πεταμα και μετα γιατι δεν παίρνουμε ελληνικά προϊόντα ντροπη σας!6-7 κρητικές έχετε και πιάνετε 2 αστέρια γιατι ειναι ολες αρνητικές αυτο τα λεει ολα!? A	Apostolis Geo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα πρόβλημα με το sync των tws1, καθώς οι οδηγίες δεν είναι αρκετά σαφείς στο φύλλο οδηγιών. Γι'αυτο και τα 4 αστέρια. Παρόλα αυτά μετά από επικοινωνία με την τεχνική υποστήριξη το πρόβλημα λύθηκε άμεσα. Απόδοση δεν το συζητώ, top με το σωστό ear-tip, εξάλλου είναι δοκιμασμένη η crystal audio, γι'αυτο κι επιλέχθηκε για τρίτη φόρα, μετά τα ΒΙΕ03 . Το μόνο αρνητικό, τουλάχιστον στα BIE03 που είχα, είναι αρκετά ευαίσθητα και χαλανε σχετικά γρήγορα. Στα plus και η εγγύηση 1 χρόνου. Keep up the good work! I had a problem with the tws1 sync, as the instructions are not clear enough in the instruction sheet. That's all 4 stars. However, after contacting the technical support, the problem was solved immediately. I do not discuss performance, top with the right ear-tip, after all, crystal audio is tested, which is why it was selected for the third time, after VIE03. The only downside, at least in the BIE03 I had, is they are quite sensitive and break down relatively quickly. Plus the 1 year warranty. Keep up the good work!

Μετά από αγορά ενός χειριστηρίου για το ηχοσύστημα μου ναι μεν το προϊόν βγήκε ελαττωματικό δεν δούλευε το κουμπί on-off και ενώ είχα χάσει την απόδειξη μου μου είπαν να το στείλω πίσω και μου το αντικατέστησαν άμεσα την ίδια μέρα που το παρέλαβαν. Κατοχος ηχομπαρας με woofer CASB240 εδω και 4 χρονια.. Απολυτα ικανοποιημενος.. Incredibly helpful and fast. Σημερα Τριτη 7 Ιουνιου παω να παρω το ακουστικο και εχει παραμορφωθει το κεντρικό πλήκτρα αφου ελιωσε απο την φορτιση!!! ουτε 6 μηνες δεν το εχω.... Christmas gift crystal audio Bluetooth hands free.
