★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το θεωρώ αδιανόητο όντας περαστική με τον σκύλο μου απόγευμα στις 18.00 ώρα στον εξωτερικό χώρο της βιβλιοθήκης (θεωρητικά κλείνει στις 16.00), να πετάγεται μία αναιδέστατη υπάλληλος της βιβλιοθήκης και φωνάζοντας να μου λέει πως δεν επιτρέπεται να περνάω από το σημείο αυτό με τον σκύλο!!
Δεδομένου ότι είχα χαθεί και έψαχνα την έξοδο, της το ανέφερα και δεν συνέχισα αυτό το θέατρο του παραλόγου.
Από πότε απαγορεύεται να περνάμε απ έξω απ την βιβλιοθήκη με τον σκύλο μας, από τη στιγμή που θεωρείται κομμάτι δημόσιου χώρου του πανεπιστημίου;
Μάλλον η κυρία αντί να ξεσκονίζει κανένα βιβλίο ή πολύ απλά να κάνει τη δουλειά της, ασχολιόταν με άλλα πράγματα, όπως να κάνει άσκοπες παρατηρήσεις.
Σοβαρευτείτε λίγο παρακαλώ, λίγο φιλικότητα προς τα ζώα δεν έβλαψε κανέναν.
Εάν θέλετε να προστατέψετε τη βιβλιοθήκη και τον χώρο του πανεπιστημίου μας, πράξτε το σωστά με 24ωρη φύλαξη , προστατεύοντας την ιδιοκτησία του πανεπιστημίου από τα διάφορα κρούσματα βανδαλισμού που είναι πολύ συχνά και όχι από τους εμάς που απλά κάνουμε τη βόλτα μας με τα παιδιά μας και τα σκυλιά μας.
 I find it inconceivable to be passing by my dog in the afternoon at 18.00 outside the library (theoretically it closes at 16.00), to be thrown by a reckless employee of the library and shouting to tell me that I am not allowed to go through this place with the dog! !
Since I was lost and looking for a way out, I mentioned it to her and did not continue this theater of the absurd.
Since when is it forbidden to go outside the library with our dog, since it is considered part of the public space of the university?
Instead of dusting off any books or simply doing her job, the lady was probably doing other things, such as making useless remarks.
Seriously a little please, a little animal friendliness did not hurt anyone.
If you want to protect our library and campus space, do it right with 24-hour security, protecting university property from the various cases of vandalism that are so common and not from us just walking our children and our dogs.

The new identification system of the BFS collection is exceptional. Well done to all the staff for upgrading our library. Good continuation in their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το κτήριο είναι καινούργιο και δεν νιώθεις την τρικοσμικη κατάσταση που επικρατεί στα υπόλοιπα κτήρια της φιλοσοφικής. Δυστυχώς η ηχορύπανση από την γραμματεία, αλλά και η ηχώ του κτηρίου είναι αποτρεπτικες για να διαβάσεις ήρεμα. Ούτε σε δημοτική βιβλιοθήκη επαρχιακής πόλης τέτοια ασέβεια προς την ησυχία που πρέπει να υπάρχει σε μία βιβλιοθήκη!!!
The building is new and you do not feel the triangular situation that prevails in the other buildings of the philosophical. Unfortunately the noise pollution from the secretariat, but also the echo of the building are a deterrent to read calmly. Not even in a municipal library of a provincial city such disrespect to the silence that should exist in a library !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επιτέλους ένα μεγαλο μοντέρνο κτήριο που αναμέναμε εδώ και πολλά χρόνια αντάξιο του ονόματος της Φιλοσοφικής. Διαθέτει αίθουσες για απομόνωση, ανελκυστήρες και αίθουσες για ατομικό ή ομαδικό διαβασμα με πρίζες για υπολογιστές και κινητά καθώς και τερματικά υπολογιστων για έρευνα. Επίσης έχει αρκετές θέσεις ελεύθερης στάθμευσης.
Finally a large modern building that we have been waiting for many years worthy of the name of Philosophical. It has isolation rooms, elevators and rooms for individual or group reading with sockets for computers and mobile phones as well as computer terminals for research. It also has several free parking spaces.
