★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was ok, quite big supermarket for the area.
I was just not happy with the staff cause even though they were polite, half of them were not wearing the mask when they are asked to do so by law and the safety distances regulations for the covid19 were not followed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard Lidl store. Hot Greek pastries are interesting addition to standard in store baked goods in UK stores. Based on eating them here ( once I had worked out how to get them out of their shelf area - beware they can be VERY hot) I would think them an excellent addition in the UK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Covid-19 safety measures are extremely poor, if any... Masks are wore by almost all of the personnel below the nose and many times not even covering the mouth. Even when asked to, they will raise the mask momentarily and lower it again as soon as you walk away. Customers entered the shop without mask and the personnel saw them and did nothing. Minimum distancing was not kept at the checkout and personnel did nothing to correct this. All in all, they choose to function in an extremely irresponsible way, pretending as if covid-19 is not dangerous or doesn't exist.
