The owner, Mina, is absolutely amazing - she makes sure everyone knows what they are doing and supports everyone on their fitness journey by giving advice on how to train.
The machines are great and the gym has everything it needs. It’s well located right in the centre of Ierapetra.
Best thing: the after-workout coffee with the members
