★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice staff in the reception.I have the feedback of two doctors.Radiologist is nice and willing to help somehow(Oct-2015).Hematologist though would not explain anything and almost never talks (Jan-2017).Doctors should at least explain to the patients why they are doing some tests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely unprofessional, I was calling to book an appointment for a test (called 4 times) and you could clearly tell someone was picking the phone up as background chatter could be herd for a couple of seconds and then hanging up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got our Covid test results (rapid Antigen test), the test was quickly done. But the service was altogether rather unprofessional: the two girls, blonde and brownhaired at the reception forgot to give us the change of 20€, if we hadn't reminded them...! Also we got the results not within 45 min, as they told us, but 6 hours later - we had to call and ask for them. At the phone the girls were impatient and unfriendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our hotel made us an appointment here for rapid tests. Easy to find (on 4th floor). Very quick and painless process and we were in and out in 15 minutes and received our results via email 20 minutes later. €10 for rapid test. They also do pcr.
However, they got our information(age and gender) wrong on the test result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend was able to walk in and get a pcr test and got the results that night for less than 40 euros. Definitely recommend if you need a test done quickly for a flight!
