Α	Αθηνα Μερμηγκα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σήμερα, 25 Μαϊου είχα ραντεβού στο Ιατρόπουλις για μαστογραφία και υπέρηχο μαστού. Το ραντεβού κλείστηκε τηλεφωνικώς περίπου 10 ημέρες πριν.(έχει καταγραφεί η κλήση από εσάς).Άλλαξα όλο το πρόγραμμα μου κι όταν έφτασα εκεί στην ώρα μου,11:20 μαστογραφία, 12:10 υπέρηχο μου είπε η κοπέλα που με εξυπηρέτησε (ταμείο 3), ότι θα αργήσει..λόγω προβλήματος..στην αρχή μου είπε μισή ώρα, μετά 50 λεπτά, μετά 1 ώρα.,....αργότερα μου είπε να κλείσουμε άλλη μέρα! Όταν ρώτησα γιατί δε με ειδοποίησαν μου είπε ότι τώρα έγινε...Θα μπορούσατε να ειδοποιήσετε έστω κι αργά ..οι άνθρωποι ξέρετε έχουν κι αυτοί υποχρεωσεις..δε ζητήσατε ούτε συγνώμη!Ανευθυνοτητα ,έλλειψη σεβασμού. Today, May 25, I had an appointment at Iatropoulis for mammography and breast ultrasound. The appointment was made by phone about 10 days ago. (The call has been recorded by you). ), that it will be late..because of a problem..in the beginning he told me half an hour, then 50 minutes, then 1 hour., .... later he told me to book another day! When I asked why they did not notify me, he told me that it happened now ... You could notify me even late ..people know you also have obligations..you did not even apologize! Irresponsibility, lack of respect.
R	Ren Q on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο γιατρός κύριος Ασημακοπουλος που σε βλέπει πριν τις εξετάσεις είναι απίστευτος! Σε όλους τους ανθρώπους που περίμεναν μίλαγε με απόλυτη ευγένεια και απόλυτο σεβασμό. Οι κυρία που μου έκανε την προετοιμασία πριν μπω και η κυρία που μου έκανε την μαγνητική είναι επίσης τρομερές,απίστευτες επαγγελματίες, ευγενικές και με θετική ενέργεια. ! Δυστηχως δεν θυμάμαι τα ονόματα τους αλλά ήταν μια κυρία μελαχρινή και μια ξανθιά . The doctor Mr. Asimakopoulos who sees you before the exams is incredible! He spoke to all the people who were waiting with absolute courtesy and absolute respect. The lady who did the preparation for me before I went in and the lady who did the magnetic for me are also awesome, incredible professionals, polite and with positive energy. ! Unfortunately I do not remember their names but they were a brunette lady and a blonde.

Ωστόσο, η κοπέλα τοποθετώντας την πεταλούδα για το σκιαγραφικό αφενός με πόνεσε και αφετέρου μου έσπασε τη φλέβα. Κι ενώ ζήτησα λίγο χρόνο γιατί άσπρισα, εισέρχεται ένας αγνώστου ειδικότητος κύριος (εμφανώς ιεραρχικά ανώτερός τους) και λέει ειρωνικά κοιτώντας με 'κι άλλος ήρωας σήμερα;' Όταν ο πελάτης-ασθενής σου βρίσκεται εκεί, οφείλεις να δείξεις σεβασμό και ενσυναίσθηση. Η ειδικότητά σου δε σε καθιστά ανώτερη ύπαρξη και δεν έχεις κανένα δικαίωμα να υποβιβάζεις ασθενή. Και ναι, εκεί μέσα, έχεις δει πολλούς ήρωες. The radiologist and the blood donor were polite and prudent. However, the girl, placing the butterfly for the silhouette, on the one hand hurt me and on the other hand broke my vein. L	Lia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν υπήρχε χαμηλότερη βαθμολογία σίγουρα θα την έβαζα. Ενώ είχα κλείσει ηλεκτρονικά ραντεβού για Μαγνητική τομογραφία και μου το είχαν επιβεβαιώσει τηλεφωνικά για το κατάστημα επί της Βασ.Σοφιας όταν έφτασα σε αυτό μου είπανε ότι έχω κλείσει ραντεβού για το κατάστημα της Συγγρού!!! Αυτό το θέμα διευθετήθηκε με το να καθυστερήσω μια ώρα γιατί θα με βάζανε ανάμεσα σε άλλα ραντεβού για να με " εξυπηρετήσουν"!! Περίμενα ακούγοντας έναν κύριο να φωνάζει νούμερα για να πηγαίνει ένας-ένας για την εξέτασή του και σκέφτηκα ότι ήταν κάποιος κλητήρας, οταν ήρθε η σειρά μου αυτός ο κύριος μου συστήθηκε ως γιατρός και μου πήρε το ιστορικό μου !Έπαθα σοκ γιατί δεν είναι σοβαρή εικόνα για εμένα αυτή ενός γιατρού!!!!! Το τραγικότερο ήταν οταν πήρα τα αποτελέσματα της Μαγνητικής στα οποία δεν υπήρχε απάντηση για το φλέγον για εμένα θέμα διότι λέει υπήρχε περισταλτισμός του εντέρου. Αυτός που έπερνε τις λήψεις δεν το έβλεπε? Ο επιβλέπων γιατρός δεν το έβλεπε ή έπαιζε το ρόλο του κλητήρα!!! Έχω στείλει δύο mail μέχρι τώρα για εξηγήσεις και για να κάνουν προσεκτικότερη ανάγνωση της ΜΤ χωρίς καμία απάντηση απο πλευράς τους. Δυστυχώς ταξίδεψα απο επαρχία για να πάω σε αυτό το διαγνωστικό μετά απο σύσταση της γιατρού μου για καλύτερη εξέταση!!! και ουσιαστικά είναι σαν να μην έχω κάνει ΜΤ αυτή τη στιγμή. Ειλικρινά λυπάμαι... If there was a lower score I would definitely put it. While I had made an appointment electronically for an MRI scan and they had confirmed it to me by phone for the store on Vas. Sofia, when I arrived there they told me that I had made an appointment for Syggrou's store !!! This issue was resolved by delaying an hour because they would put me between other appointments to "serve" me !! I waited to hear a gentleman shouting numbers to go one by one for his examination and I thought he was a messenger, when it was my turn this gentleman introduced himself as a doctor and took my history! I was shocked because it is not a serious picture for me that of a doctor !!!!! The most tragic thing was when I got the Magnetic results to which there was no answer to the burning issue for me because it says there was intestinal peristalsis. He who passed the shots did not see it; The supervising doctor did not see it or was playing the role of the messenger !!! I have sent two emails so far for explanations and to make a more careful reading of MT without any response from them. Unfortunately I traveled from the countryside to go to this diagnostic after a recommendation from my doctor for a better examination !!! and it's basically like I haven't done MT right now. I am really sorry...

C	C K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My rating is an average of 5 stars for the radiologists and 1 star for the call centre and some of the personnel at the reception that need to be humble, kind and avoid personal comments which is unacceptable (I was just very formal on addressing an issue with my appointment)
