Όμορφος φάρος. Κολλητά με το εκκλησάκι του Αγίου Νικολάου. Στα ερείπια του ναού του Ποσειδώνα.

Πολύ ωραία απόλυτο γαλάζιο απλώνετε μπροστά σου. Φανταστικό ηλιοβασίλεμα. Κρίμα η διαδρομή να φτάσεις και να απολαύσεις αυτή την ομορφιά είναι δισκολη. Ελπιζω κάτι θα κάνουν οι αρμόδιοι

Ένας πανέμορφος φάρος!!! Έχει αρκετό περπάτημα για να φτάστε στο σημείο αλλά η θέα που προσφέρει θα σας αποζημιώσει!!!

Πολύ εύκολη διαδρομή με υπέροχη θέα στον κόλπο. Από το Βουρκάρι λιγότερο από δύο χιλιόμετρα για να φτάσεις στον φάρο. Μισή ώρα να πας και μισή να γυρίσεις. Η καλύτερη στιγμή για να πας είναι το απόγευμα ώστε να φτάσεις στην μύτη του βράχου την ώρα του υπέροχου ηλιοβασιλέματος. Το μονοπάτι δε την άνοιξη είναι γεμάτο με αμέτρητους αμάραντους.

I love visiting lighthouses. Something magical about them. Some are harder to get to and require hiking, to others you can literally drive up to in a car. Kea’s lighthouse is perfect combination in the sense that it is not accessible by car, hence it has its privacy and calmness. But it’s a relatively easy hike (takes about 8 minutes from parking). There are several paths, the one that goes below seemed to be easier. We chose the upper one, the one that looked as a stone road in the beginning. Kea lighthouse is situated opposite of Kea’s seaport. And you will see it on your left, when you arrive by ferry. Lighthouse is also a little chapel. Best time to visit - before sunset, as the place is perfect for watching sunset over water and passing ferries. One thing I found peculiar is that a lot of rocks around have the green shade to it. It looks cool and unusual. If you are looking for a place to see in Kea, this little lighthouse is a beautiful option to consider.
