★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όμορφη διαδρομή...εύκολη πρόσβαση απο λίμνη πηγών Αώου περπάτημα απο καταφύγιο περίπου 2 ωρες 11 Χιλιόμετρα σε γυμνό μέρος περπατώντας κορυφογραμμή αποβλέποντας απο ψιλά την λίμνη πηγών Αώου. Δεύτερη και Πιο δύσκολη διαδρομή απο το αρκουδορεμα περπατώντας μεσα σε δασική συστάδα περίπου 10 Χιλιόμετρα
 Beautiful route ... easy access from Lake Aoos springs walking from a shelter for about 2 hours 11 Kilometers in bare place walking up a ridge aiming at the lake of springs Aoos. Second and More difficult route from the teddy bear walking in a forest cluster about 10 Kilometers
