★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zouzouli bridge (known also as Nakis Bridge), is an impressive ancient stone bridge, located in a pastoralic site, 1 km southeast to the small village Zouzouli, over Zouzouli stream. This beautiful bridge that looks as if it is located in "the middle of nowhere", had great importance at the period it was built, in 1880.
Its main purpose was to connect Zouzouli, Fourka and Samarina with Pentalofos, and it was the most important passage for traders, travelers and even for herds of the local villagers, from Epirus to Western Macedonia.
It can be reached in a 40-minute walk from the village of Zouzouli, along a marked path and it is worth every minute. Don't miss Nakis watermill that is located beside!
