★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η αγορά από το e-shop ήταν η χειρότερη εμπειρία που είχα και εφόσον ήταν λάθος οι πετσέτες που μας έστειλαν , έπρεπε να πάμε στο κατάστημα . Το ωράριο που αναφέρεται στο site είναι ψευδές και οι πωλήτριες ζητούν και τα ρέστα σε οποιαδήποτε ερώτηση. Την κατάσταση σώζει τελικά μόνο η υπεύθυνη του καταστήματος στο κέντρο της Αθήνας , κι αυτό γιατί η κυρία γνωρίζει από εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και έχει χρόνια προϋπηρεσίας ευτυχώς.
Buying from the e-shop was the worst experience I had and if the towels they sent us were wrong, we had to go to the store. The schedule mentioned on the site is false and the saleswomen ask for the change in any question. The situation is ultimately saved only by the manager of the store in the center of Athens, and this is because the lady knows from customer service and fortunately has years of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγική η κοπέλα στο ταμείο. Περίμενα 4 άτομα στο ταμείο και είδα ότι σε κανέναν δεν έκοψε απόδειξη. Και εννοείται δεν έκανε έκπτωση τιμής. Όταν της την ζήτησα εγώ μου λέει "α, την θέλετε την απόδειξη?". Ξίνισε λίγο αλλά μου την έδωσε. Εγώ ξέρω ότι είσαι υποχρεωμένος να κόβεις απόδειξεις.
The girl at the box office is tragic. I waited for 4 people at the checkout and saw that no one had received a receipt. And of course he did not discount the price. When I asked her I said "oh, do you want the receipt?". She was a little sour but she gave it to me. I know you have to cut receipts.
