Ο espresso είναι ένας καφές που παρασκευάζεται με την μέθοδο του φιλτραρίσματος, υπό πίεση 9 bar, από νερό που έχει θερμοκρασία 90°-92° C και περνάει μέσα από 7-9 gr καλά πιεσμένου αλεσμένου καφέ και βγάζει 25-35 ml σε χρόνο 20" - 30".
Είναι λοιπόν σημαντικό να είναι φρεσκοαλεσμένος με τη σωστή θερμοκρασία και το σωστό χρόνο εκχύλισης.

If you want to have a coffee from well trained and experienced baristas this is the right place to visit. The premium quality of the products available can be told from the fact that the store is always crowded. I would like to visit again.
