The Lyrites Folklore Group is a group of authentic people with a love for the Greek musical tradition. By closely following the work of the group, one can observe the simplicity and authenticity of the approach of both the Greek traditional dances and the customs and traditions of our Greece. The teachers of the group inspire respect for our roots while transmitting their inexhaustible knowledge unpretentiously and purely to people of all ages. Through experiential learning and participation in events throughout Greece, each member is given the opportunity to live a unique experience of fun and contact with the Greek tradition.
