m	m_a_rtins Martinkov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ще споделя следното , аз съм шофьор на тежкотоварен камион който достави на фирмата Tapen Drakopoulos (Atina)паркет от Германия , нямат рампа за разтоварване на тежкотоварни камиони , искам да предупредя спедицийте и шофьорите за тази измислена фирма със офиси който са за гаражи за автомобили и абсолютно никаква логистика . Тази фирма са абсолютни некадърници и аматьори след като не могат да организират СВОЯТА логистика на правилното място а изискват да им се достави стока по селските гаражи със тежкотоварни камиони. I will share the following, I am a truck driver who delivered to the company Tapen Drakopoulos (Atina) parquet from Germany, they do not have a ramp for unloading trucks, I want to warn the forwarders and drivers about this a fictional company with offices for car garages and absolutely none logistics . This company are absolutely incompetent and amateurs as they cannot organize THEIR logistics in the right place but demand to be delivered goods to the rural garages with heavy trucks.

Ενώ στην αρχή είχαμε μία πολύ καλή επικοινωνία και εξυπηρέτηση στο κατάστημα, όταν ήρθε η ώρα της τοποθέτησης του πατώματος laminate που είχαμε επιλέξει, τα πράγματα άλλαξαν άρδην. Αρχικά, ενώ είχαμε συμφωνήσει να δώσουμε 100€ παραπάνω για την επιδιόρθωση μιας βλάβης που είχε το παλιό ξύλινο πάτωμα που βούλιαζε, ο μάστορας που ήρθε δεν είχε ιδέα και δεν είχε προφανώς τα απαραίτητα υλικά. Μας υποσχέθηκε όμως ότι θα φτιάξει κάπως τη βλάβη χωρίς να χρειαστεί να αφαιρέσει το ξύλινο πάτωμα αλλά θα είναι σταθερό και δε θα βουλιάζει. Στην πράξη βέβαια αυτό δεν κατέστη δυνατό. Το πάτωμα στο σημείο αυτό ακόμη βουλιάζει. Επιπλέον, επειδή η τοποθέτηση των σοβατεπί δεν μπορούσε να ολοκληρωθεί λόγω του ότι έλειπαν οι κάσες από τις πόρτες, επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα. Αυτοί είχαν το θράσος να ζητήσουν όχι μόνο τα 100€ της βλάβης που δεν επιδιορθώθηκε, αλλά επιπλέον μου είπαν ότι θα χρειαστούν κι άλλα χρήματα για το μεροκάματο του μάστορα που θα ξαναέρθει για το σοβατεπί. Στο τέλος το κατάστημα δέχτηκε να μην πληρωθεί αυτά τα 100€ της βλάβης που δεν επιδιορθώθηκε, αλλά επέμενε για το επιπλέον μεροκάματο για την ολοκλήρωση των σοβατεπί. Τέλος, όσον αφορά στην ποιότητα της τοποθέτησης, οι εικόνες μιλάνε μόνες τους... If I could put 0 stars, I would do it but unfortunately google does not let me. While in the beginning we had a very good communication and service in the store, when it came time to install the laminate flooring we had chosen, things changed drastically. Initially, while we had agreed to give 100 € more for the repair of a damage that the old wooden floor was sinking, the carpenter who came had no idea and obviously did not have the necessary materials. However, he promised us that he would repair the damage without having to remove the wooden floor, but it will be stable and will not sink. In practice, of course, this was not possible. The floor at this point is still sinking. In addition, because the installation of the skirting boards could not be completed due to the lack of door frames, I contacted the store. They had the audacity to ask not only for the € 100 of the damage that was not repaired, but in addition they told me that they would need more money for the carpenter's part-time job that would come back for the skirting. In the end, the store agreed not to pay these € 100 of the damage that was not repaired, but insisted on the extra part-time job to complete the skirting boards. Finally, regarding the quality of the placement, the images speak for themselves ...
Α	Αλεξάνδρα Τζένη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εμπειρία μου με το κατάστημα ήταν σύντομη αλλά όχι και τοσο θετική. Ξέραμε ακριβώς τι θέλαμε από είδος δαπέδου, ο υπάλληλος μας ρώτησε τα τετραγωνικά που θέλουμε και μας έδειξε τα διαθεσιμα ετοιμοπαράδοτα χρώματα. Ρωτάμε τιμή και μας λέει €16+ΦΠΑ το m2. Διαλέγουμε το χρώμα που θέλουμε και του λέμε να προχωρήσουμε και εκεί ξεκινάνε τα παρατράγουδα. Μας λέει τελικά ότι η τιμή επειδή θα είναι κατακοπή (το δάπεδο βγαίνει σε ρολό) και επειδη δε θα πάρουμε όλο το ρολό είναι €25+ΦΠΑ. Από τη στιγμή που ήξερε τα τετραγωνικά μας απο την αρχή θα έπρεπε να μας πει απο την αρχή την τιμή των €25 (προσωπικά θα το αγόραζα γιατι δε μπορώ το πολύ ψάξιμο). Όμως όχι αυτή η κοροιδία, οπότε σηκωθήκαμε και φύγαε. My experience with the store was short but not so positive. We choose the color we want and tell him to move on and that's where the side effects start. From the moment he knew our square footage from the beginning he should have told us from the beginning the price of € 25 (I would personally buy it because I can not do much searching). But not this joke, so we got up and left.
