Breakfast was absolutely the best since we could order eggs as we wish, delicious pastries and coffee as desired. After a terrible experience in another hotel, this place was our savior and treatment was superb from the personnel! Rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable and modern! I worked definitely come back here for sure!
S	Simina Bancu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing boutique hotel to stay in! Comfortable beds, beautiful design, helpful staff, great location and good value for money. The staff sent us recommendations of things to do in the city, very organised. The boutique is close by restaurants and the lake. I definitely recommend you to take a cruise to the island of Ioanina for 2€ per person one way. The only inconvenient was that you have to find parking by yourself or pay in a very close by parking 3 euros per day (a discount of 1€ from recommendation of the hotel).

It is located in a pedestrian street so no parking on location, however, parking facilities are abundantly available literally a few meters away - and the staff will help you with that, as with everything else. The hotel is perfectly modern, clean and exceptionally comfortable, equipped, decorated and kept with a great deal of love and care. What's more important is the atmosphere. All the staff are extremely attentive, helpful and will go out of their way to help you and give advice. Elena is an absolutely charming lady who will make you feel at home instantly. I feel this is what you just cannot buy for money. Invaluable experience. If you are looking for a place to stay in Ioannina - look no further :)

It is in a great location, a quiet traffic free street just a short walk or the old town, the castle and the lake. All the facilities bars and restaurants are close by but without the noise. The owners and staff are friendly and very helpful with nothing being too much trouble. The rooms a very comfortable clean and well equipped and the bed was delightful. The breakfast was a delicious delight with a good variety of bakery items, hot food and excellent coffee. The five star rating is fully justified. Thank you for a great stay.

Beautiful art decoration high quality materials and clean like home. But even more amazing is the location. Just a minute walk from the old city makes it perfect for enjoy night life and sleep nice and quiet afterwards. Don't forget to ask for the breakfast. You won't find anything more fresh and homemade like Lithias breakfast. I hope we will come back soon!
