Ε	Ευα Ραμμου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της πόλης πανέμορφοοοο πεντακαθαρα ολααα παρκινγκ με 3 ευρώ τη μέρα όλα κοντά η οικοδέσποινα πολυ καλη όλα άψογα το βράδυ έχει λίγο φασαρία λόγο το ότι έχει κλαμπ δίπλα αλλά δεν ακουγεται τόσο δυνατά εμάς ίσα ίσα μασ άρεσε κιόλας. σίγουρα θα σασ ξανά προτιμήσουμε!! ❤ Wonderful apartment in the city center, beautiful, very clean, parking, with 3 euros per day, all nearby, the hostess, very good, all perfect at night, there is a bit of a fuss because it has a club next door, but it does not sound so loud, we just liked it. we will definitely prefer you again !! ❤
Ε	Ελισάβετ Τσούλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ιδανική επιλογή για διαμονή στα Ιωάννινα. Τα διαμερίσματα είναι καινούργια, σύγχρονα, εξοπλισμένα με όλες τις παροχές και τις ανέσεις. Το δωμάτιο που μείναμε ήταν σε δύο επίπεδα, αρκετά μεγάλο, με μίνιμαλ, ζεστή διακόσμηση. Πεντακάθαρο, ζεστό σε κεντρική τοποθεσία. Βρίσκεται 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από όλα τα κεντρικά σημεία. Προσεγμένα όλα, λεπτομέρειες που κάνουν τη διαφορά όπως το σίδερο, η σιδερώστρα, καλό πιστολάκι και φωτιζόμενος καθρέφτης. Απόλυτα value for money. Ideal choice for accommodation in Ioannina. The apartments are new, modern, equipped with all facilities and amenities. The room we stayed in was on two levels, quite large, with minimal, warm decor. Very clean, warm in a central location. It is a 5-minute walk from all the main points. Careful everything, details that make the difference such as the iron, the ironing board, a good hair dryer and a lighted mirror. Absolute value for money.
Α	Αντώνης Λατινάκης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στις φωτογραφίες φαίνεται μεγαλύτερο αλλά το κύριο πρόβλημα είναι η μυρωδιά της αποχέτευσης που πάρα πολλές φορές μέσα στην ημέρα πλημμυρίζει το μικρό δωματιακι(σε καμία περίπτωση διαμέρισμα) με άσχημες μυρωδιές, οι καθαρίστριες δεν κάνουν ούτε τα βασικά.. σε 5 βραδιά που καθισαμε παρόλο που ζητήσαμε να μπούνε 2 φορές να καθαρίσουν λίγο δεν καθάρισαν κάτι συγκεκριμένο. Μεγάλο πρόβλημα επίσης στο μπάνιο όπου όταν κάνεις ντουζ πλημμυρίζει όλο το μπάνιο καθώς η κουρτίνα δεν κάνει τίποτα. Το "διαμέρισμα" βρίσκεται σε έναν πολυχώρο που έχει μπροστά 2 μαγαζιά (1 ναργιλεδαδικο και 1 που κάποιες μέρες έχει και λιβε μουσική) και σχεδόν από κάτω του ακριβώς αλλά ένα μαγαζί πάλι με μουσική.. το αποτέλεσμα ακόμα και καθημερινές να έχει πολύ έντονη φασαρία μέχρι και της 2-3 το βράδυ.. Σε αντίθεση!ε όλα αυτά η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν πάρα πολύ φιλική και ανοικτή. In the photos it looks bigger but the main problem is the smell of the sewer that many times during the day floods the small room (in no case apartment) with bad smells, the cleaners do not even do the basics .. in 5 nights we sat even though we asked them to come in twice to clean a little but they did not clean anything specific. Also a big problem in the bathroom where when you take a shower the whole bathroom is flooded as the curtain does nothing. The "apartment" is located in a multipurpose area that has 2 shops in front (1 hookah restaurant and 1 that some days have live music) and almost just below it but a shop again with music .. the result even on a daily basis to have a very loud noise until 2-3 in the evening .. In contrast! with all this the owner was very friendly and open.

S	September's Child on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five stars for the cleanliness..five stars for the location of the town... Five Stars for animal friendly...four stars for being comfortable ... But unfortunately we had no peace due to the apartment is situated within lots of license premises which holds students drinking and singing up to and after 5am... The noise was unbearable until I had to personally have words with the bar next to the bedroom window which was at 05.15 asking him to turn off the music and to ask the gathering of students to be quite as people as sleeping nearby..live music till early hours from other nearby places...we booked for two nights which drained us.. carpark near at 3euros a day....
