P	Pavle Birac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First location was really good. Away from main street but very close to the beach. Next to the hotel is big market (staff not so polite). From the outside hotel doesn't look so modern, but from the inside is really nice! Check-in was fast and easy and staff was really polite. We had breakfast and dinner in hotel, and both meals were delicious. For breakfast you have a variety of cereals, breads, salads, main dishes like omelet, hams, cheese, yogurt, bacon, croissant, veggies. You can also choose between jam, nutella, fruits, pies... Also there was coffee or orange juice for breakfast. Now dinner. Dinner was amazing. A lot of salads (greek, cucumber, tomato, tuna, feta...), goulash, spaghetti, moussaka, variety of fish, souvlaki, giros, snitzel, steak, fries, gourman potato, baked potato, lasagna... I can't even name all of the dishes. There is something for anyone, vegan or meat lover. Staff was really friendly and polite. Send my regards to main waiter! Hotel was very clean. Our room was clean everyday due to pandemic and we felt very safe. All the recommendation for the hotel! Great experience on Crete! See you next year for sure!
J	Juli Juli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this hotel exceeded our expectations. after reading reviews here, we didn't expect anything good, and at first we were very upset when on arrival we were told that they thought we had canceled the booking. but I think there is more a question for our tour operator. we had a room with a sea view, the room is very nice, bright, cleaning was every day. food was delicious, the staff in the dining room deserves all praise, very attentive and friendly people. wi-fi was perfect, we watched movies in the room. the hotel is definitely more than three stars??
