Ότι και να πω είναι λίγο .. λυπάμαι που αλλοι δεν έχουν να φάνε και εσείς πλήρωνεται αυτους για την απερίγραπτη εξυπηρέτηση μας !! Indulgently unacceptable .. no service and with a constantly ironic and disparaging style! Whatever I say is a little .. d	dimitra ftaka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν μπορούν λέξεις να περιγράψουν για τι κατάσταση μιλάμε σε ένα κατάστημα που απορώ πως συνεχίζει με τόση αναξιότητας να αντιπροσωπεύει την ΕΛΤΑ. Αρνούνται να φέρουν πληρωμένα και μη δέματα που είναι υποχρεωμένοι να φέρουν στην πόρτα δεν τηλεφωνουν γράφουν ψέμματα στην κεντρική ΕΛΤΑ ότι ενημέρωσαν σε εμάς αν τηλεφωνησουμε μιλάνε άσχημα βριζουν προσβάλλουν και αρνούνται να κάνουν την δουλειά τους. Η κατάσταση είναι απίστευτη κρατάνε δεματα μεγάλης αξίας ένα μήνα στο κατάστημα και όσες φορές τα έφεραν ήταν ΣΠΑΣΜΕΝΑ. Κατέληξα να ζητήσω να πάει σε άλλο ταχυδρομείο για να εξυπηρετήθω. Δεν έχω ξανασυναντήσει τόση ειρωνεία σε ταχυδρομείο και τόση ανευθυνότητα και αυθάδεια. Πώς η ΕΛΤΑ τους επιτρέπει να δουλευουν; Στέλνουν στην ΕΛΤΑ ψεύτικα στοιχεία και ρίχνουν το φταίξιμο στους πελάτες με ψεύτικες δικαιολογιες. Ζητάμε τα ονοματεπώνυμα τους και δεν μας τα δίνουν ποτέ κ μας κλείνουν τα τηλέφωνα όταν έχουν στα χέρια τους πακέτα μας που στοιχίζουν ΠΟΛΛΑ λεφτα. Κλείστε το να ησυχάσουμε τόσοι άξιοι άνθρωποι ψάχνουν για δουλειά. Ντροπή σας. Words cannot describe what we are talking about in a shop that I wonder continues to represent ELTA with so much inadequacy. They refuse to carry paid and unpaid parcels that they are obliged to bring to the door. They do not phone. They lie to the central ELTA that they have informed us that if we call they speak badly they find it offensive and refuse to do their job. The situation is incredible, they hold high value parcels for a month at the store, and the number of times they were brought was frozen. I ended up asking to go to another post office to serve. I've never met so much irony in the mail and so much irresponsibility and self-loathing. How does ELTA allow them to work? They send false reports to ELTA and throw the blame on the clients with false excuses. We ask for their names and they never give us their phones and they turn off our phones when they have a lot of money in our packages. Quit quieting so many worthy people looking for work. Same on you.
