k	katerina kats on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση δεν υπάρχει! Βάζω ένα αστεράκι γιατί δε μπορώ να βάλω κανένα... Χαμένα δέματα.... Δέμα χωρίς καμία ειδοποίηση ότι το έχουν παραλάβει κ μετά από μέρες αφού το αναζήτησα εγώ... Κ αφού το έψαχναν πόσες ώρες το παρέλαβα. Επίσης ενημερωτικά τα δέματα αναγράφουν τη διεύθυνση για να τα παραλάβουμε από το σπίτι μας, κ όχι να πρέπει να έρθουμε στο κατάστημα. Οπότε έχω την δυνατότητα να διαλέξω άλλη εταιρία courier το κάνω χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη There is no worse service! I put an asterisk because I can not put any ... Lost parcels .... Parcel without any notice that they have received it and after days after I searched for it ... And after they were looking for it how many hours I received it. Also, for information, the parcels indicate the address so that we can pick them up from our house, and not have to come to the store. So I have the opportunity to choose another courier company I do it without a second thought
Γ	Γεωργία Κονιδιτσιώτη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καθόλου καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Με πήραν τηλέφωνο πως θα έρθουν, δεν ήρθαν ποτέ γιατί ο διανομέας ξεχάστηκε. Δεν απάντησαν ποτέ (ούτε ο διανομέας,ούτε η μεταφορική) την ίδια μέρα και σε περίπτωση που δεν προσπαθούσα επανειλημμένα να επικοινωνήσω δεν θα με ενημέρωναν ποτέ ότι θα έρθει την μεθεπόμενη μέρα. Γενικά, κακή οργάνωση! Not good service at all. They called me to come, they never came because the distributor was forgotten. They never answered (neither the distributor nor the shipping company) the same day and in case I did not try to contact them repeatedly they would never have informed me that the next day would come. Overall, poor organization!

Από Αθήνα η αποστολή 4 μέρες και ακόμα να έρθει. Από Καστοριά με άλλη εταιρία σε 24 ώρες. Λίαν επιεικώς απαράδεκτοι. My evaluation does not concern the Sparta store, but the company in general. I do not find the shipment with its number. Shipment from Athens 4 days and still to come. From Kastoria with another company in 24 hours. Very forgivingly unacceptable.
Σ	ΣΤΕΛΛΑ ΜΠΟΥΤΛΑ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα μια παραγγελία η οποία έπρεπε να παραδώσει σε 3 ημέρες, και την τρίτη ημέρα στις 10 το πρωί κάλεσα στο κατάστημα επειδή δεν με είχαν καλέσει γνωρίζοντας ότι το δέμα μου βρίσκεται στο κατάστημα και με ενημέρωσαν πως θα μου το φέρουν όταν υπάρχει δρομολόγιο για τη περιοχή που μένω. Εγώ επέλεξα να πληρώσω ακριβότερα το προϊόν που παρήγγειλα μόνο και μόνο για να μου έρθει νωριτερα. I made an order which had to be delivered in 3 days, and on the third day at 10 in the morning I called the store because they had not called me knowing that my package is in the store and they informed me that they will bring it to me when there is a route to the area where I am staying. I chose to pay more for the product I ordered just to get it to me earlier.
Ν	Νίκος Γρηγοριάδης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχουν τα πακέτα και δεν τα παραδίδουν. Όταν ρώτησα τον λόγο η απάντηση που πήρα ήταν «μεγάλος όγκος δεμάτων & έλλειψη προσωπικού». ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ! Το προσωπικό είναι ευγενικό. They have the packages and do not deliver them. When I asked the reason the answer I got was "large volume of parcels & lack of staff". UNACCEPTABLE! The staff is polite.

A	Aleister Seras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μακράν η χειρότερη εταιρεία courier στο νομό και στην Σπάρτη ιδιαίτερα. Το δέμα μου έχει φτασει 5 μέρες και ούτε τηλέφωνο ούτε χαρτάκι στην πόρτα. Παίρνεις τηλέφωνο και δεν το σηκώνουν. Πραγματικά αν μπορούσα να βάλω μείων 5 αστέρια θα το έκανα!!! Η χειρότερη εμπειρία!!! By far the worst courier company in the prefecture and in Sparta in particular. My parcel has arrived in 5 days and neither phone nor paper at the door. You pick up the phone and they do not pick it up. Really if I could put minus 5 stars I would do it !!! The worst experience !!!

Τους έρχεται το δέμα, δεν έρχεται ο κούριερ, δεν αφήνουν χαρτί, δεν παίρνουν τηλέφωνο, δεν στέλνουν μήνυμα ώσπου κάποια στιγμή δηλώνουν "αδυναμία παράδοσης" και πάει για επιστροφή. Σήμερα περιμέναμε ένα δέμα που έπρεπε να χει έρθει ήδη απ' την Παρασκευή, μας διαβεβαιωσαν ότι θα το φέρουν σήμερα, άφαντο το δέμα. Παίρνω τηλέφωνο στις 4 το απόγευμα, ρωτάω πού είναι το δέμα, μου λέει η κοπέλα "έχει προγραμματιστεί για σήμερα η παράδοση", τη ρωτάω αν θα έρθει όντως, παρεξηγείται και μου απαντάει με ύφος "ναι βεβαίως και θα έρθει σήμερα!!" Ε, όσο το είδατε εσείς το δέμα μου, άλλο τόσο το είδα κι εγώ. Έχω φτάσει σε σημείο να αποφεύγω site που συνεργάζονται μόνο με speedex ακριβώς γι' αυτόν τον λόγο. Every time the same ... The parcel comes to them, the courier does not come, they do not leave paper, they do not pick up the phone, they do not send a message until at some point they declare "impossibility of delivery" and go back. Today we were waiting for a parcel that should have arrived as early as Friday, they assured us that they would bring it today, the parcel was missing. I get a phone call at 4 in the afternoon, I ask where the package is, the girl tells me "the delivery is scheduled for today", I ask her if she will really come, she misunderstands and she answers in the style "yes of course she will come today !!" Well, the more you saw my package, the more I saw it. I have gotten to the point of avoiding sites that only work with speedex for this very reason.
