★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Missleading information when it comes to the view and type of the room described on the internet and to agencies.
The actual view in the pictures is a sea side view (it is more roof top and main alley view + sound of squiky flip flops most of the time) - on the main website offers splendid views of the sea just to pay for it.
Front desk personel were helpful but they are aware of the situation and nothing can do or upgrade.
Pool cleaning done when numerous guests having breakfast late in the morning.
The beach in front of the hotel is 2-3 meters wide and few 50m long..."a string"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here in summer 2018, it is a small place with clean water, beach is clean too, between the beach and hotel there is the green yard for taking a sun bath if you don't want to hit the water. In tge season it can get crowded so, make sure to aim for the beginning of the season (early June preferably).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was modern and clean, with a sea view, we were booked in for bed and breakfast but only went once as the food and drinks were terrible, great location though, right at the end of the strip was all the bars and restaurants are,so a bit more quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In July 2008, my dad and I stayed in this hotel while going on a holiday in Greece and it was a nice hotel. We stayed there for a week. The seaside is lovely.
My dad was complaining about the noisy refrigerator in our hotel room and it kept buzzing at all times. I knew it was very irritating.
Anyway the food was nice and the people were quite friendly. We visited some places in Zakynthos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We book locanda beach for a week! Just arrived back. We had a wonderful stay here, everything you need from a bed & breakfast, food although not a big selection and the same everyday was well presented and tasty. Rooms were a lovely size and bathroom was modern, we upgraded to the better room. Just on the outskirts of the strip in agassi, and close to zakynthos Town, a €8 taxi ride. Don't be fooled by outdated photo's on Web site as this is not a true reflection of the hotel. Would definitely stay there again! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Lovely little hotel right on the beach ⛱

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chose this hotel as we wanted to stay in Argassi. We were not disappointed we were located on the ground floor next to the second pool. There are plenty of sunbeds for everyone and the sea is a stone's throw away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for dinner 30 minutes after the opening, everything was empty. But it’s not even about that or about the huge luck of choice in terms of food. The buffet is infect. We opened a plate, it was empty with 2 dead flies inside. How can you treat a human being this way?
Pass your way when it comes to food.
Drinks taste like poison - but it’s not the only hotel having that.
Staff is not really qualified.
Rooms are infect too, dirty like you’re afraid to touch the fridge or the remote control of the AC.
Awful mattress.
Sea view and pool are nice.
