Ενώ τους ενημέρωσα ότι έχουν κάνει προφανώς λάθος δεν ενδιαφέρθηκαν ούτε για την εξέλιξη της κατάστασης ούτε μου επέστρεψαν τα χρήματα της εξέτασης (που ήταν λάθος) ενώ ήταν πολύ ακριβή. Τι να πω ντροπή. Το τμήμα μοριακής είναι απαράδεκτο. Σε άλλη χώρα θα τους είχα κάνει μήνυση. Το 1 αστεράκι το βάζω γιατί δεν μπορώ να βάλω 0 Far away. They are unacceptable. A	Andromeda S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγαμε σήμερα για τεστ . Η κοπέλα απλά απαράδεκτη . Μου έκανε τεστ από το στόμα με πολύ πίεση με αποτέλεσμα να τραβιέμαι να πνίγομαι και να επιμένει . Σε λιγότερο από ένα λεπτό άρχισα να νιώθω πολύ πόνο στον λαιμό και σουβλιες στο αφτί . Έχουν περάσει τόσες ώρες και ακόμα έχω έντονους πόνους Έχω κάνει πολλά τεστ και αυτό ήταν η χειρότερη εμπειρία . Κάναμε συμφωνία επίσης στα 40 ευρώ και όταν πήγαμε εκεί δεν ήταν ενημερωμένη η κοπέλα και περιμέναμε πόση ώρα μέσα στο χιόνι και στο κρύο για να συνεννοηθεί στο τηλέφωνο . Αυτά και ποτέ ξανά . Έχοντας αλλάξει πολλές φορές γυναικολόγο είναι η πρώτη φορά που ένιωσα πως ένας γιατρός ενδιαφέρεται αληθινά για τον ασθενή του. Οι λύσεις που προτείνει έχουν γνώμονα την υγεία μου και τη μικρότερη δυνατή επιβάρυνση μου σε φάρμακα. Μου δίνει χρόνο να αναφέρω όλους τους προβληματισμούς μου χωρίς να νιώθω πως τον αργώ από το επόμενο ραντεβού. Τον ευχαριστώ από καρδιάς! V	V Mnt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τηλεφώνησα σήμερα το πρωί ( 30/12/21) μετά από 5 λεπτά με συνέδεσαν με το τμήμα για μοριακό τεστ covid19. Είχα αναμονή περίπου 7 λεπτά για να το σηκώσει μια κυρία όπου κοφτά με ενημέρωσε ότι δεν έχει ραντεβού για τις επόμενες 2 ημέρες και αν θέλω από Δευτέρα (03/01/22). Το κλείσαμε και το άφησα προφανώς. Ωστόσο έμαθα από δικούς μου ανθρώπους (μιας και μένω Χολαργό) ότι τηλεφώνησαν μέσα στη μέρα και έκλεισαν κανονικότατα ραντεβού την ίδια μέρα. ΤΟΥΛΆΧΙΣΤΟΝ ΑΠΑΡΆΔΕΚΤΟ και ειδικά σε τέτοιες συνθήκες που περνάμε. Δε δέχομαι το ότι μπορεί να ακυρώθηκε κάποιο ραντεβού γιατί και πάλι θα έπρεπε να κρατήσετε τα στοιχεία μου και να με ενημερώσετε. Τα 2 αστέρια μόνο και μόνο για την έκπτωση που παρέχεται σε κατοίκους Χολαργού. Καλή Χρονιά να έχετε με υγεία πάνω από όλα και με περισσοτερη σκέψη προς τους συνανθρώπους σας. I called this morning (12/30/21) after 5 minutes I was connected to the department for molecular test covid19. I waited about 7 minutes for a lady to pick it up where she abruptly informed me that she has no appointment for the next 2 days and if I want from Monday (03/01/22). We closed it and I left it obviously. However, I learned from my own people (since I live in Holargo) that they called during the day and made regular appointments on the same day. AT LEAST UNACCEPTABLE and especially in such conditions we go through. I do not accept that an appointment may have been canceled because again you would have to keep my details and let me know. The 2 stars only for the discount provided to residents of Holargos. Have a Happy New Year with health above all and with more thinking towards your fellow human beings.
