Polite, helpful, smiling, starting with the master who "checks" the vaccination certificates, as well as the clerk who needed some clarification.

Μου πρότειναν ότι καλύτερο για τις δικές μου ανάγκες στην σωστή τιμή. Η δεσποινίς Νίκη που με εξυπηρέτησε ήταν άψογη και πολύ σωστή επαγγελματίας. Ένα μεγάλο μπράβο. Τέλος στα θετικά είναι και το γεγονός ότι σε εξυπηρετούν για οτιδήποτε προκύψει αργότερα. I visited this store about a month ago and made two new contracts (two fixed and two mobile). The service was impeccable. They suggested me the best for my own needs at the right price. Miss Niki who served me was impeccable and a very good professional. Well done. Finally on the positive side is the fact that they serve you for anything that happens later.

Probably due to ignorance and not intentionally, as the box description was indeed misleading. I didn't try to return it, as I left the next day for vacation.
