★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα ένα ρολόι την περίοδο των Χριστουγέννων. Σταμάτησε να λειτουργεί δύο μήνες μετά και το πήγα (μήνα Φεβρουάριο) στο εν λόγω κατάστημα απ όπου το αγόρασα.
Κατόπιν επαννειλημενων τηλεφωνηματων και e mail ενημερώθηκα ότι το εργοστάσιο όπου και απεσταλει το ρολόι μου ήταν κλειστό λόγω του lockdown.
Την Μ. Εβδομάδα( Μ. Πέμπτη) επικοινώνησα εκ νέου με το εν λόγω καταστήματα καθώς τα μαγαζιά είχαν ανοίξει και η ιδιοκτήτρια μου είπε ότι δεν μπορούσε να βρει το ρολόι μου και να περάσω να πάρω ένα καινούργιο. Το απόγευμα της ίδιας ημέρας με ενημέρωσε τηλεφωνικά ότι το ρολόι μου βρέθηκε αλλά δεν έχει επισκευαστεί και θα επισκευαστεί από την επόμενη εβδομάδα. Εν ολίγοις ζήτησα να παραλάβω το ρολόι μου παρόλο που δεν είχε επισκευαστεί και το πήγα σε τοπικό κατάστημα χρυσαφικων, όπου σε χρονικό διάστημα 5 λεπτών άλλαξαν την μπαταρία και το ρολόι μου λειτουργούσε κανονικά.

I bought a watch at Christmas time. It stopped working two months later and I went (February) to the store where I bought it.
After repeated phone calls and e-mails I was informed that the factory where my watch is sent was closed due to the lockdown.
On Holy Week (Thursday) I contacted the stores again as the shops were open and the owner told me that she could not find my watch and I could go and get a new one. In the afternoon of the same day he informed me by phone that my watch was found but has not been repaired and will be repaired from next week. In short I asked to pick up my watch even though it had not been repaired and I took it to a local jewelry store, where in a period of 5 minutes they changed the battery and my watch was working normally.
