β β β β β Great hotel with friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Ask for laundry and bring your clothes to them. Wake up calls and taxis ordered. Good shower and a balcony overlooking the main street. Very comfortable bed.

β β β β β The hotel seems cleaner and nicer from what is nearby. 10 min walk to acropolis. Not really what I expected. You have to check-in across the street. For hot water you have to push a button to turn on the boiler and wait 20 min... The room was spacious and nice. The staff was pleasant with good free breakfast.

Hotel is clean, tidy. Bed very comfortable, and are is quiet.

β β β β β Amidst national crisis due to fires in the outskirts of Athens while authorities urge to stay inside and keep windows shut because of heavy air pollution and ash fall, there was no effort to accommodate legitimate concerns towards the stay. News agencies reported this situation worldwide, yet there was no possibility to cancel or at least reschedule the booking. Responses were always offhand and not very supportive.

β β β β β Great experience! Location is wonderful, the facilities are new and more than you need, breakfast is tasty but the best thing about this hotel are the staff- super kindly, welcoming, whiling to help with anything!

They are so much more hotel for the same location and the same Price. Please if you read this review RUN AWAY !!
The hotel is so noisy. You can hear everything from the rooms above and next to it. Moving furniture at 5am because they have a early flight, steps all night, phone ringing you can ear EVERYTHING !! It was a true nightmare for the 4 night we stay.
The staff is worst. They arent't humain and think only to the money. They are arrogant,
They disrespected us, took us down. They are not professional and some of the employee at the desk even Insult us and make comment.
Our room was old and damaged. It's absolutly not a 4 stars hotel.

β β β β β Don't go here: no decent hot water, reception does not care. The location is a dirty alley.
There's hot water only a few minutes after you wait for 20 minutes. The reception says they will send someone but they don't.
I gave 3 stars for the location because besides the dirty alley you are in the center.
One positive thing is the breakfast
