★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed the villa and our stay in Loutraki.
On our arrival, Mariza met us at the villa. She was very welcoming and gave us an informative orientation to the house and pointed out several restaurants within walking distance. We had a wonderful time relaxing in Loutraki. We made a few side trips to places like Nafplion, the Corinth Canal, and Heraion. The villa worked well for our family of five. Our three girls stayed on the lower level and we slept on the first floor (in the US it would be the second floor). Unlike some VRBO apartments, there were ample paper towels, toilet paper, new sponges, soap, tea, coffee, towels, etc. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Mariza called us to let us know at midnight on Good Friday there would be a celebration. She also called and let us know not to worry about midnight fireworks on the eve of Easter. Easter turned out to be a wonderful time to visit. Our Greek neighbors roasted lambs and kindly invited us to join them. A great visit to Loutraki. Our whole family enjoyed our stay in Loutraki. Definitely recommended.

It was a great pleasure to stay in this house. Close to Corinthos canal, convenient access from Athens airport, easy to navigate around Peloponnese peninsula. Brand new house with all possible household appliances, wi-fi, outdoor spaces, excellent beach and friendly host Mariza!

Almost on the beach. Near town. Tranquil family environment with access to everything great in Loutraki. Mariza gave the extra personal touch with olive oils and honey she prepared herself. Unique and delicious. Well equipped rental property with items you don't usually find like a blender for making your owner coffee freddo! The fridge is even stocked with juice and cakes for when you arrive. Great time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place, quiet, tidy, comfortable, everything to live and enjoy the beach and the sea, plus not so far from the city center to go shopping to buy some excellent fruits or shoes or to sit and enjoy the sunset from the local bars. Also possible to rent a car and go exploring the mountains. ???
